We had a scheduled appointment on 10/31 for a bathroom vanity removal and install along with disconnection of plumbing. We had this on our schedule for over 6 weeks and received an email confirming the 10/31 appointment. I called on 10/27 to confirm the arrival time and left a message with no call back. The morning of 10/31 I called and left another message. After calling again, ******* finally answered. I asked what time they would arrive and she informed me that we had been rescheduled to 11/7 due to the hurricane a few weeks ago. She implied that she had called and rescheduled which she had not. I told her we did not have a missed call, voicemail or email regarding a reschedule. She did not apologize for implying that we had spoken, nor address the fact that we were indeed not contacted. At this point, I explained to her we had multiple installers scheduled for this week that had been scheduled according to Harvest’s 10/31 scheduled appointment. She was aware of multiple issues we had previously with Lowes when we made the appointment and also understood that Harvest’s appointment had to happen first so all of the other installers could do their jobs properly. She checked with the owner to see if they could come out on 10/31 and we were told that could not happen. The best they could do was work us in one afternoon this week but could not give a firm date or time. Unfortunately, this is not an option since multiple installers have already had us on their schedule and cannot move their schedules at the drop of a dime. I then reached out to Lowes installation services because Harvest is their contracted installer. When I spoke to Lowe’s they were able to see in their system that the appointment had indeed been rescheduled from 10/31 to 11/7 and the reschedule took place in their system on 10/31. So, we had NOT been rescheduled previously as ******* stated. The lack of communication and ability to correct their error needs to be rectified.
