5 starsCalled to have my water softener looked at late afternoon. ****** was here early next morning. He quickly addressed our concerns. Service call was only $89. We plan on using Fenwick for a water softener/ filtration system in our next home. Highly recommend Fenwick

1 starLousy repair job on a cast iron pipe repair. As a result, they made the problem worse. I asked them to repair the damage and they stated that they did the repair to the best of their ability. I am currently retaining an attorney and contacting the Board of professional licensing. They were paid over 15 k . The response was totally insufficient. I simply wanted what I asked for. Do not use unless you also plan to litigate.Fenwick Home Services, LLC

5 starsFenwick did a good job helping us set up the appointment. **** was terrific; he quickly found the problem and gave us an estimate. Once we agreed, he worked very hard to clean up the overflow water. After completing the repair, he cleaned up and presented us with the bill. We will definitely try to get **** for any new A/C work. 5 starsWas very pleased with *** from Fenwick. Had a slab leak called them on Sunday and *** the plumber was here first thing this morning! He was very efficient and got the job completed. 5 starsFrom the salesman coming up do the estimate to the technicians doing the install I give five stars! Everything went perfectly and the installers were very knowledgable and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and replacing ******** is always a messy proposition . As a single woman I was greatly relieved to finally find a company with honesty and a great work ethic.
