September 2023 we hired Drew Hartmann Plumbing Inc to clear a clog $250. Two weeks later he was back, it was clogged again $175. He discovered that the pipes needed to be replaced. We paid $3,000. The line clogged again January 17, **** $200. I called *** to scope the line, at his suggestion because it had to be an issue on the *** side because his guys replaced the line to the pole (easement) even though the concrete patch in my driveway only goes to the shut off (4 feet from the easement) *** scoped the line. The camera cant get past the break to see what is on the other side, but it is definitely on my side of the property line. I texted **** and received a follow up call to discuss it. He was very disrespectful and continued to insist that it isnt on my side, his guys went all the way to the easement. He refused to scope the line, told me there is a 1-year warranty and that if it happens again he will take care of it. I agreed to drop it if he would agree to scope the pipe if/when it backs up again to find where it is broken and he agreed. Three weeks later it backed up again. I sent a text to ask for an ETA for the camera so that I could be there. After no response for two days by text I called from my cell phone on Feb 8th. The phone rings once and then silence. I called from my phone at work. When I expressed a concern about not being able to shower, wash dishes or clothes, he said as long as the cover was off the clean out to let it drain in the yard. I expressed my concern about flooding the yard and the driveway. I was told he didnt like my attitude and could find someone else to take care of it. I was frustrated, it had only been three weeks since we paid him to clear the last clog. He said when he finds another wipe in the drain that I will be paying him again. That was 10:45 Thursday, Feb 8th. It is now Saturday, Feb 10th and I still have sewage spilling out into my yard. I will need to pay someone to finish the job he has already been paid to do.
