This company was horrible. They came out and 3 weeks later we had the same issue. I called bc it happened within 3 weeks of them coming out and I was just explaining to the woman in the office who began screaming at me telling me Im not a plumber and have no idea what Im talking about. She was shouting and I asked her to please stop shouting in the phone and she said I have two customers here and they think your stupid for not knowing whats going on with your plumbing as she laughs in the phone. I asked her if she was the owner and she said yes. I asked her why she was talking to other customers about me and that it seemed very inappropriate and unprofessional. She said she was going to hang up on me if I continued to talk back to her and kept shouting that it was impossible to know what is wrong with the plumbing even though they were just here. She kept saying some people have to pay ****** every couple weeks. Then when I asked how many times would it need to be unclogged before realizing its a bigger issue and she laughed and said I dont know!! And there you go again talking over me! I honestly couldnt believe she was talking to me the way she was. My husband was standing there and he finally took the phone and said ** standing here listening to you scream at my wife and shes not talking over you shes asking simple questions. She then began to scream at him telling him that if he didnt like her answers she would hang up and tell us to have a nice life. All while there were other customers in her office. I dont know if she enjoys talking to people that way but the fact that they were just here and Im having thr same issue within weeks of their service and then having her yelling and talking down to us and basically saying its up to me to leave you without a working toilet so shut up or Im hanging up is just the reason they have multiple 1 stars. If she really is an owner. God help that company. Be aware! Stay away. Youll be out money and not fixed!!
