    I, ******** ********, ON 09/2/2022, HAD A.S.A.P. PLUMBING AND AND DRAIN CLEANERS COME TO MY HOME AT 1604 N.E. 17TH PL., GAINESVILLE, FL 32609, TO SERVICE MY BATHROOM TOLIET THAT WAS CLOG.
    THE TECHNICIAN NAME ****** CAME TO DO THE WORK. WE DID REQUEST THE TECHNICIAN ****, FOR SERVICE. BUT THE OFFICE SENT ******. HE REMOVED MY TOLIET OUT OF PLACE. AND RAN THE SNAKE, WHICH IS THE DEVICE THEY USE FOR UNCLOGGING, THROUGH MY TOLIET. THE SNAKE CAME OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE THROUGH THE WRONG PIPE. ****** TELEPHONED **** FOR HELP. HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS. HE WAITED FOR A WHILE FOR A RETURN CALL. FINALLY A CALL BACK. ALL THIS TIME WASTED. ****** THEN RAN THE SNAKE THROUGH MY BATHTUBE. STILL NOT UNCLOGGING THE TOLIET. HE LEAVES MY HOUSE SAYING HE COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. LEAVING MY TOLIET LEAKING AND BOLTS LEFT OFF THE TOLIET. I CALLED HIM BACK TO MY HOME. I COULD NOT USE MY BATHROOM. ON THAT MONDAY OF THE NEXT WEEK, **** CAME OVER TO CHECK THE TOLIET.
    AND DID NOTHING. HE STATED HE NEEDED TO TEAR UP MY FLOOR IN THE BACK OF THE TOLIET TO MADE IT WORK. QUOTING ME A VERY HIGH PRICE FOR REPAIR. MY FRIEND PAID **** $100.00 FOR THE WORK HE DID NOT DO. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY DID NOTHING. **** LIED TO ME ABOUT COMING BACK OVER TO MY HOUSE. AND SAID YOUNG WORKERS DONT GO ON TOP OF HOUSE.I TALKED WITH THE OWNER *** ***** **** IN JACKSONVILLE, FL. ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. NOTHING DONE. LEAKING TOLIET. CONSTANTLY MOPING UP WATER ON THE FLOOR. I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF NOT HAVING MY BATHROOM FIXED, AND ON OCTOBER 18,2022 CALLED IN ANOTHER CO. PREMIER PLUMBING IS THE NAME. THEY CHARGED ME $200.00 FOR UNCLOTTING MY TOLIET FROM THE ROOF. I CONTACTED *** ****, AND HE ASKED ME TO SEND HIM PROOF OF WORK DONE BY THIS CO. I DID JUST THAT, I SENT A COPY OF THE RECEPT. AND HAVE NOT HEARD A WORD FROM MR. BEAN SINCE. CALLED THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES. NOTHING FROM HIM AT ALL. HE LIED TO ME ABOUT GETTING BACK WITH ME. I JUST WANT MY $300.00 BACK FROM THE TWO PAYMENTS I HAD TO MAKE.

    Please see the attached invoice/notes from the 09/02/22
    service at the ******** residence.  In summary,
    the toilet and the tub were successfully snaked and the stoppages were taken
    care of, but ASAP advised *** ******** that the flange was broken and needed to
    be replaced.  She refused this service.  She then hired another plumbing company, Premier
    Plumbing, who apparently determined the same thing – she needed to change out
    the flange.  ASAP found *** ******** very
    difficult to work with and had a difficult time getting a word in on the
    telephone as she is very loud and shouts.  *** ******** was so rude to ASAP’s owner and employees that her
    residence has been placed on ASAP’s “do not service” list.

    ASAP will not be tendering a refund for the reduced amount
    billed (see attached) to *** ******** for the successful unclogging of the
    toilet and tub.  ASAP will also not pay
    for work performed by another plumbing company, whose invoices confirmed the
    work performed is the same work ASAP told her needed to be done back in
    September 2022 when she refused to have the work done.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    *** *****, I faxed over a copy of the payment invoice, from Premier Plumbing & Leak Co., for the completed job they did on 10/14/2022.
    Why would I paid this Co.,$200.00 if they didn't do the job of unstopping my toilet, that A.S.A.P. didn't do. They are trying too cover 
    up their wrong. This Co., Never mention any other work Needing to be. The worker went on top of my roof and ran the snake down into
    my pipe and job done. Something A S.A.P
    DIDN'T Do. They replied, no young employees 
    are allowed on a roof. So why would they send
    a employee that was unexperence to do
    a job that needed a experience employee.
    I was never rude to any of his people.
    His employee **** even told me how nice
    I am. I will never forget the trouble they
    cause my family too be out of the use of a
    Toilet. While waiting on them telling lies and
    not returning my calls. Having the office
    lie for them. It's just not right!!!!

    These are the same allegations that ASAP responded to originally. The documentation submitted by ASAP sets out what really occurred and it stands by its original response. Multiple people complained about this customer and how she spoke to them. Putting “nice” customers on a do not service list” makes absolutely no sense.   Moreover, the homeowner is now seeking $200, after claiming that the original payment was only $100. ASAP’s story hasn’t changed.
