            I went to Dr *** hoping to have my upper and lower eye lid surgery done and also had a lipoma i was suppose to have surgery with another surgeon but he said he could do it. I ended up with having one of my eyes still left with a ball size knot and still under eye swelling, and the lipoma still there. I went back several times and got the answer (I am not sure why you are swelling like this) That is not the answer I wanted. I have asked several time for a refund because my lower lid is stretched after the swelling has been there almost 5 months and I have to have surgery again to remove the lipoma. I should of did my home work by looking up his cases under the court house before surgery.

            Review ID ******: They have left me no choice but to hire an attorney due to this doctor not knowing what he is doing. When I have followed up several times I am told he does not know why the swelling is there. I tried to resolve it by asking for my money back and not doing anything else but clearly after seeing other complaints with attorneys they want to pay more.

            Not sure what other complaints mean nor do I believe Dr. *** does not know what he is doing. He is 27 years in practice and is double Board Certified. Sometimes Doctors can't explain every situation at any point in time but that does not mean they are not educated and experienced. Dr. *** has told her swelling needs time to resolve . He also ordered some tests but she never followed up with them. We understand when patients make threats they are simply upset and need more attention. We are not threatened and we do not take this personally. We remain focused on patient care. Sometimes we can't please everyone. This may be one of those times.
