            June 5, 2023, I called Mayhugh's for a broken column on my ********* **** ***** *********. A new column was ordered. June 6, 2023, the delivery arrived, however delivery man noted that woman at Mayhugh's ordered wrong part. It was obvious she did not look in my file to be sure she had correct part. June 7, 2023, delivery of correct column. June 10, 2023, the ******** Next completely shut down. June 12, 2023, I called Mayhugh's to speak to representative regarding this situation. The only way to reach this company is using their voice mailbox. I have called twice today and still no call back. I am an oxygen dependent patient and on Medicare. I am now completely house bound due to this issue. Please help me. Thank you.

            If you want the worst customer service for all your Cpap supplies needs, Mayhughs is the business for you.They will send out the wrong sized items from the third party company that handles their toll free number.Then when you contact Mayhughs locally, they tell you come by and they will replace them. When you drive over 40 minutes to exchange the items, they tell you they dont usually stock that size.They provide consistently poor service.Moving to ******** Medical.
