    Received e-mails stating eaglesaver received my shipment of dvds, and a few days later received finalized total and invoice of dvds and prices with my adjusted final payout amount, as well as an e-mail stating my payment had been sent via ****** as requested.... but i mever received any ****** deposit. This was over 2 months ago, still nothing... just want my payment sent to my ****** account for the items sent to this company

    I was told an item from my order was "missing", so they didn't pay me for it.There's no way it could have been missing unless someone at EagleSaver (or someone at ****** stole it.The item in question was placed in the middle of my stack of DVDs and blurays - that stack was then wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap, taped, and then surrounded by plastic air cushioning, paper packing, and another layer of bubble wrap; and that all resided in a box that I had roughly 95% covered in packing tape.Also, the "missing" item was the one item I was supposed to be paid the most for in my order. ***, funny how that's the one that just happens to go missing. I was born at night, but not last night.I've used this company in the past to sell some of my old discs, and they've done the "missing" item to me a couple times back then, but I didn't say anything - I just packed my stuff better afterwards - that's how I know there's no way it could be missing now unless they took it to get out of paying me for it. I'm tired of this c***

    Hello - 

    On April 19th (a few days after I filed my complaint), EagleSaver emailed me to inform that after a "comprehensive inventory search" they had found my item they originally deemed as missing, and that they would send me a separate check for the amount of that item (the amount noted in my complaint - $11.07).

    During that time, they sent me the check for the other items that I had sold to them in the amount of $71.15.  I deposited that check on April 21st; but on April 26th, I received an email from them informing me that they had a "glitch" with their "bank anti-fraud system" and the $71.15 deposit had been pulled out of my account (after checking my account, it had indeed been pulled out on the 24th).  This is something that had never happened in the 4+ years I had been conducting business with them (but now it happened after I filed my complaint...go figure) - but they did note that they were re-sending my check for $71.15.

    So, during the first part of May, I did receive both the check for $11.07 and the re-send of the check for $71.15.  On May 12th, I deposited both into my account.

    Now, with that said, I'll be holding my breath for the next few days that they don't have another "glitch".  If there is, I will be opening a new complaint.  If there aren't any more glitches, then I will consider this matter closed to my complete satisfaction.

    I'm not sure what has happened with EagleSaver - they were such a great company to do business with up until mid-2023 or so - then sketchy things started happening after that, and this latest issue was just the final straw for me.  I hope they get themselves straightened out.

    This company owes me $244.94 The check they sent me never arrived so I kindly asked for a replacement on August 7. I've sent them multiple e-mails and haven't received any response. I just want them to mail me my check.My order number was *******

    I mailed DVD's that Eagle Saver purchased from me on 5/18/24 totaling $68.67.
    There website indicates the payments have been issued but nothing has been received.
    I have called and left several messages and sent emails with no response.
    I am requesting payment for my goods.

    Eagle saver has a website the offers cash for unwanted DVDs and other things. I used there service and sent them my property via FedEx. The package was received on ******* but I haven't heard from them since. I was supposed to be paid ****** for my property via PayPal but haven't be paid. I tried calling but only get a voicemail. I have sent emails and haven't gotten any response. All I want is my the money I was promised or my property back.

    I mailed a box of *** to Eagle Saver and was surprised to get a response that over 50% of the ** were in unacceptable condition. I check every one and feel there were only a few that may have been borderline base on their guide. The *** played fine on my player. Given Eagle Saver would not provide partial payment they ask if I wanted the *** returned. I responded YES the same day (8/11/2023) I received their email. I've not received the *** back or had responses to my repeat emails. It's been over 2 months. Very disappointed.

    They agreed to purchase items from me for a specific price. I mailed them the items but they rejected them, claiming not in good condition. They were brand new...they said they would return them to me if I wanted. I said yes, then they never sent them back. Like all 21st century companies, this "business," which is run by a pair of Russian "immigrants," hides behind their website and never responds to your attempts to contact them. A month later I am still waiting for my property back or the money...will never get either from these crooks. They have ignored my emails and phone messages.

    I have multiple orders with this company. And they have ripped me off on all orders. They do not abide by their quote guarantee. I wish to be paid in full as the quotes due to the fact I still not have received any of my rejected items from over a month ago.

    I have 5 total orders with them. And I have only received partial payment on 2 of the orders. They are hopping me out of 2/3s of the total quoted. They say quote guaranteed or they’ll ship it right back. They have not abided by their own slogan whatsoever. I lost over $200 to them. And they keep ignoring my emails

    I sent eaglesaver.com a box of 3 dvds and a double cd for sale They received the box on May 3rd via tracking number verified by the ****** ****** **** ******* I have sent many emails and phone calls and they have ignored them. They owe me money for the merchandise plus the 4.35 shipping cost I paid up front for shipping media mail. They are still showing on my account waiting for shipment and won't acknowledge they have received it. I am not the only customer who has been treated this way lately. I believe someone is stealing packages once they arrived at their business and so have other customers accused them of this. They used to be a honest company but now they seem to be running a scam on people. I sent them merchandise and they should be responsible for the shipment once it has arrived at their facility. I will never trust this company again. Unfortunately I have lost my merchandise and the cost of shipping it to them.

    This company is do amazingly up and down. They have received my recent order for payment over a week ago! When order submitted, it was stated that payment would be remitted within 24 hours of receipt of items! That was last week!, still no payment! Have messaged over 6 times with no response AGAIN! Its just a shambles and inconsistent policies and very poor communication of a buisness in my experiences and rapidly declining as of late. I want the payment for the items they have had in their posession over a week when i was told i would be payed for the items by now!!!!
