      The front desk workers have terrible attitudes. I was recommended by two people and they both told me that I would love the facility but beware of the front desk ladies . I walked up to check in and the two ladies just ignored me and kept talking. I said I was there to check in and instead of saying hello she said Insurance and I.D. My husband and I listen to them talking about patients. That made me feel uncomfortable! They spoke openly including with to one **** The MA **** called my name from the back of the room, not even entering the same space as us so I didnt hear her calling me. She was rolling her eyes and she even walked out of the room and sent someone else in to finish my intake. At this point of my pregnancy I was very nauseous so I felt very badly. However the lady that she sent in, she was an older black lady, was very kind and sweet. The ultrasound technician I had was also very kind and friendly. But when it was time to reschedule for my next appointment again they ignored me at the front desk. I decided that I may have just been hormonal so I would come back for my next appointment. And the exact same thing happened with the front desk. I had to reschedule an appointment because they wanted me to come back the very next day which I could not do because I work. I called the front desk, asked to rescheduled and she quickly got snappy with me and said just let me know when you can come in instead of me going through all these dates with you I told her November 5. And I asked her should I have my bloodwork done before then. She said I have no idea what youre trying to ask in a brash tone. Finally I said every time I call, you guys give me such a hard time, what is the problem? She responded with no we dont and hung up the phone. At that point I had had enough. I pay for insurance out of pocket $900 a month. There was just no way I would work hard to spend my money some place where they treated me poorly.
