    In April my 2024 Hyundai Kona was towed into this dealership same place I bought it from 2 months before that. The steering wheel locks as I am driving. They told me they couldnt take my car at first and to call Hyundai of ******* on ************* that place laughed at me and hung up I called key Hyundai back they said ok we can take it drive it in a huge safety issue and they say drive it in I get it towed in. I had to fight to get a loaner car and they said there is no issue they couldnt recreate it. ****** was one of the people I spoke with he was extremely rude, unprofessional. My *** was ***************** she was also rude and unprofessional my car was brought back in 2 more times same issue they lied about the mileage they put it on refused to actually work on it. The 3rd time it went back same issue I got a loaner car and got into an accident and the guy who hit me totaled the car I was in and another car he went up there demanding his truck be fixed and ******** called me demanding money for his truck to be fixed and quote said I dont care you were injured it doesnt matter you were hurt we need that money they took $1,000 dollars from me took the gmc guys side and tried holding my car hostage they never even worked on. Due to their negligence I was in that accident if they fixed my car or took my issues seriously from the first 2 times i wouldnt need to bring it back the 3rd time. The 3rd time it was only test driven with them when a family member of mine drove it with them. I have multiple police ***orts on this issue with this car and even the manufacturer wont take it seriously and refuses to lemon law it. Its a lemon and now its back at the dealership a different one Hyundai of orange park and I am once again out of a car no way to get anywhere and broke over **** prices to even get to work and missing important medical appointments and work over this. And its going to be months till a resolution comes.

    Dear *******************************, I do apologize that you are experiencing issue with your vehicle. Every time that you came to our facility, we provided you with a loaner vehicle while we were looking at the issue you had on your car. The first visit we put a total of 91 miles, the 2nd time we put 89 miles and the 3rd visit we put 40 miles on your vehicle. I went on a test drive with you and your family member to see if we could duplicate the issue on your vehicle. At that time, we were unable to replicate any issues that you were experiencing. The times you did come in we scanned the vehicle checked all Tsbs to tried to duplicate the issue so we could repair the vehicle. To address your accident that you had in our loaner vehicle. We never blamed you for the accident. We have a process that we have and you signed documentation for the loaner each time you received one. Yes, we do collect a ***** deductible which is what your insurance deductible is up front if damages have been done to our loaner vehicle. You did not notify us of the accident when it happened and we had to find out from another customer that this happened. That is when my service advisor reached out to talk to you about what happened and the process that would proceed. We unfortunately cant get involved on who was cited for the accident and whos fault it was. If you have questions and concerns about this please reach out to the police department that was involved.
