    To whom it may concern,

The facts of the case are these.

1.)  The customer towed the vehicle in for multiple electrical concerns and the vehicle not starting.  Upon inspection our technician noted the components that needed to be addressed.  The necessary parts to repair the vehicle were correctly installed with no issue.

2.)  The work performed at George Moore Chevrolet,  on the customers vehicle had no bearing on the mechanical failure of the customers engine.  As the customer has confirmed, repairs were made to his vehicle at another mechanical shop that he is currently suing.

3.)  Any lost wages that the customer incurred is unrelated to the work performed by George Moore Chevrolet.

4.)  The loaner program at George Moore Chevrolet is designed to be used solely for the General Motors Courtesy vehicle program and therefore not designed for customer where the vehicle is not under factory warranty.

We will not be reimbursing the customer or paying for his repairs as our work performed by a trained Chevrolet Technician was performed correctly and did not cause his engine concerns.

    Sincerely,

I gave them 2 prior diagnostics that said my vehicle needed a catalyst converter. Then they said it was not the catalyst converter but the timing chain. So they charged me $7000 to fix. I picked up vehicle and it broke down at light. They sent tow trick to pick up and them later said the vehicle needed a new motor. So they took out my factory motor and put in a used motor and I picked up vehicle and it broke down again. I paid a tow to pick up and tow back to George Moore Chevrolet. Then they called me and told me it was the catalyst converter what I told them from the start. Thry wanted to charge me $2500 to fix the catalyst converter I had already paid them $7000 to fix whatever was wrong. They are dirty and have serious vehicle repair fraud going on. I want my money back so I cam repair my jeep.

    Business Response

    Hopefully this information
will help us in resolving this matter.

The vehicle came in on 06/16/2023 with 165,413 ****s and the
vehicle running rough.  We diagnosed the vehicle as needing timing chains
and the customer declined.  The customer had vehicle towed out at that
    time.

The vehicle came back on 10/17/2023 with 165,509 ****s with the
concern of check engine light and vehicle running rough again.  The
diagnosis led to timing over advanced, as well as correlation codes between
camshaft and crankshaft.  Upon further inspection we found the exhaust
manifold cracked, high pressure fuel pump faulty.  All of the parts were
replaced at this time.  The vehicle was picked up by the customer on
    02/27/2024.

Shortly after the customer picked up she had her vehicle towed
back to the dealership  where we found an 165,516 **** engine with a lower
    end engine problem.

After a master certified General Motors technician verified that
the vehicle needed an engine, George Moore Chevrolet went above and beyond and
put a used engine in the customers vehicle.

1.)  The previously enjoyed engine came out of a 2015
    Chevrolet Traverse.
a.) Which is 6 years newer than the
    customers vehicle.
b.)  This engine also had 70,000
****s less than the customers vehicle.
           c.)  ****** also shows the
maintenance done on the vehicle as well.

2.)  This engine comes with a Platinum warranty.
          a.)  This is a 3 year/100,000 ****
    warranty

Therefore I believe that George Moore Chevrolet went above and
beyond on our mutual customers vehicle to satisfy her concerns.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

First off, I am not a mechanic. A customer pays a mechanic company to fix their vehicle. They promised me they would fix my vehicle but they rather took my motor out, took my money, then gave me back my vehicle in worse condition it was when I took it to their shop. The day I took my vehicle, I gave the rep all my previous work done to vehicle,  so he could review the paperwork and make sure they could fix it before I paid any money or agreed to pay them to fix it. I showed him my previous diagnostics so they could see they were for cataylatic converters. The Representative ****, promised me if I paid them the work they done would repair my vehicle. My vehicle had AC when I took it they gave me back my vehicle without AC, undrivable all 3 times I picked it up and my vehicle no longer had ac, and they gave me back my vehicle without putting in coolant. This company knew what they did was illegal, and neither is it ethical to charge someone that kind of money, give them back their vehicle unfixed, none drivable, take their money, send tow truck to pick it up 3 times and the vehicle not fixed then ask that person to pay them $2500 more dollars when they already paid them $7,000. It is clear they had a scam going on and they were making false diagnose to repair the vehicle to get money out of me on purpose. If this is not resolved they will be in court.

I'm trying to get it resolved first through you to resolve this fairly. I already paid them to repair my vehicle 3 times, and they did not fix my vehicle.

    As
iterated before on our previous response.  The vehicle came in with a
concern of check engine light and vehicle running rough on 06/16/2023.  We
diagnosed the vehicle as needing timing chains, actuators and solenoids and
high pressure fuel pump.   The customer declined the repair and
removed the vehicle from out facility.

On 10/17/2023 the customer had her vehicle towed to our facility.  At this time the vehicle was
scanned by our advisor through the computer and the vehicle had no codes
present for a catalytic converter but several confirming our previous
diagnosis.   You can see this on page 8.   This document is
time stamped on 10/17/2023 at 4:37pm with the customers Vehicle Identification
    Number.

On page 9 it clearly shows that the
advisor texted the customer with the estimate again and she agreed to the
repair and never mentioned a catalytic converter diagnosis at that time.

As for the customers paperwork that she
delivered to our advisor it clearly shows that on page 10, dated
02/23/2023, it shows that ********* Automotive replaced all 6 spark plugs, and
2 coils.  Page 11 shows that on 03/03/2023 Lake City Transmission
installed a new shifter bushing.  Page 12 shows that on 03/07/2023
that S&S Custom Exhaust and Automotive Repair replaced her catalytic
converter.  Page 13 shows that on 03/09/2023 Tires Plus replaced
4 tires, alignment, both front lower control arms and both tie rod ends.
Page 15 shows that on 05/19/2023 **** Tech Master replaced her
    alternator.

It is stated on the repair order that the
customer signed under additional terms that due to the older age of higher
****age vehicles we must inform you that only the work listed on this work
order/invoice and approved by you is guaranteed. Quite often older vehicles and
higher ****age vehicles will develop other mechanical problems once an
unrelated repair is made.  The customers vehicle is 15 years old with over
    165,000 ****s.

With all these facts given, George Moore
Chevrolet took care of this customer by standing behind our work, our word and
our values and installed a used (6 year newer) complete motor with (70,000)
****s less than her previous motor at no cost to the customer.

Again, this is my conversation with **** my sales representative **** who I was communicating with also via phone texting from phone number **** **** **** and he promised me I would not be asked to pay any more money towards my repairs because the issue they claimed was wrong with my vehicle is what was suppose to fix my vehicle.

Again, I am not a mechanic. If I bring my car to you for diagnostic and you say, "It's the timing chain what's wrong with your car, and once you pay $7,000 you car will be fixed and you will not have these ticking problems any longer - I trust your judgment and trust the vehicle will be fixed. I have attached a snapshot from my cellphone of my conversations with **** the agent who promised I would not be charged another dime to fix my vehicle. After they put the motor in the vehicle it still did not fix my suv and they put that engine in at no cost because they knew they charged me all that money and it did not fix it and they assumed of they put in a new motor it would solve all my problems but putting in the motor did not solve anything, because it never was the motor so then they come up with it's the CONVERTER.  They wanted my money and I got text messages to prove I asked **** upfront to be very clear their services was not a scam to avoid being scammed out of my money.  And they went from one thing to another because they did not know what was wrong with the suv so they were fixing one thing after another hoping one of 3 or 4 things would solve the problem and it did not.

So they charged me money for a misdiagnosis then wanted to hold me accountable as a customer for the mistakes of their own mechanic which is not only unethical but sick and insane.

their behavior certainly proves while they have so many customer compliants on ******, and I certainly would never refer anyone to them because they are too immature to own up to their own mistakes.

    George
Moore Chevrolet is not responsible for repairing a 2009 ****** Outlook with
170,000 ****s from the ground up.  The vehicle was towed to our facility
after multiple companies,  performed multiple repairs.  We repaired
the customers vehicle as it was running when it left the dealership.

The advisor stated to the customer that
she wouldn't have to pay for the failed engine, not that she wouldn't have to
pay anymore money for a 15 year old vehicle with 170,000 ****s.
This is stated on the back of the repair order that Ms. Mitchell
signed.  I have taken the time to include this and highlighted it for your

Out of all the documents I received from George Moore Chevrolet, I do not have any such document, neither was any such document brought to my attention or explained. So this document is totally irrelevant because it does not hold my signature in any such places IT IS A FRAUD DOCUMENT.

What I do want to address is the details they highlighted regarding their poor repair work they did not do or complete...THEIR CLAIMS TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE IS A FRAUD AND A SCAM.

I drove my suv to George Moore to get diagnosis quote 1st. Then they charged me $130 for the diagnosis and told me the diagnostic cost is subtracted from the cost of repairs if I decided to get my vehicle repaired. That cost of $130 was never subtracted so they charged me that fee to get the diagnostic. In this experience they lied and did not honor their claims regarding diagnostic deductions if they do the repair.  I gave **** the representative my documents of previous diagnostic I had done to suv so he could see what all had been done to the suv prior to it arriving at their shop. I told **** upfront I had met mechanics in this state scamming people out of vehicle repair and I wanted to make sure George Moore was not a scam company (I had read reviews and they were negative). **** assured me George Moore could fix my rattle you see in the notes, which they did not.

when I took my suv to George Moore, I had 2 witnesses my vehicle drove fine, had great ac, and it was in much better shape than it was when it was returned. The issue I had with my vehicle when I took it to George Moore is the same exact issues I had when they returned my vehicle unrepaired (rattling, weak pull from engine, dying out, not taking off, battery system warnings).

When they gave their diagnostic they gave me a report that it would cost like $6,000 to repair the vehicle, but since they would have take motor out to fix timing chain it best to fix all the other parts around it to avoid having to fix them in future. I asked if this will fix my suv and they said yes. So I told them long as it fix my vehicle I would pay.

They called me later after I had paid for repair in full, and said vehicle ready. I went to pick up, got in suv, and it had no ac. I asked the man that drove suv out for pick up what was going on with my ac, and he said the suv need warm up after the repair. So I drove suv off their lot, got to the stop light and the suv shut off in the middle of the road and would not crank back up. I called George Moore and said the vehicle has broke down. They sent a tow truck to pick up the suv they did not fix and tow it back to their shop.
They told me they would get a mechanic to look at it and call me later with results. I called **** and asked **** if they fixed my suv how did it break down soon as I drove off their lot, and **** said a PISTON came out and they were going to replace the engine at no cost to me. I'm not a mechanic but it was clear the suv was not put back together properly because they gave me my suv to drive off the lot with no COOLANT in the station. They wanted my suv to run hot so they could make claims it was something else wrong with the suv not related to the timing chain to charge me more money.
After they put a engine in they claimed, I came picked up vehicle, and notice the ac was still not working, so I called **** and told him the ac was not working. I drove off lot, then drove to work, then drove home, and suv broke down the same as before on side of road off 295. Then I called a tow truck to pick it up and take to my house. The next morning I called George Moore and told them that the suv broke down, and I needed them to send a tow truck to pick it up because it still was not fixed. They would not send a tow truck to pick up my suv they did not repair so they told me if I bring it back, they would take a look at it.

I paid a tow truck again to tow the suv back to George Moore and they held it for diagnostic and called me later stating it needed a Cataylac converter and it would cost me $2500.

The whole repair was nothing but a scam to get $9,000 out of me. Rather repair the cataylac converter for $2500, which is what I told them in the beginning previous mechanic diagnostic reports said was wrong with the vehicle.  They knew I was out of state, had out of state tags and felt they could run me for a Lucy, and take all my money making claim after claim from one part to another. To get my suv back they knew I would pay the money.  That's how these mobs do that run businesses and they play dumb after someone rebuttal against their con games.

I'm not concerned about their rage about previous repairs. My documents from previous repairs prove I took great care of my suv, got my oil changed every 3,000 ****s, and paid mechanics to fix what needed to be fixed to keep my suv in top condition. I paid other mechanics just like I paid George Moore. I was even upfront with George Moore about previous repair work so they could make sure BEFORE THEY TOUCH MY VEHICLE AFTER THEIR DIAGNOSTIC to be sure they could fix it.

So it does not matter if I paid another mechanic for a tune up, people who keep their vehicles in top shape pay for tune ups. It does not matter if I paid another mechanic for a diagnostic, I paid 3 mechanics for diagnostics to give them the same fair chance to diagnose what they saw going on to be sure if they charge me my hard earned money they could fix it without overcharging me through scams services to take advantage of me.

So again their complaint about any previous repair work is irrelevant because I gave them the same documentation to review to make sure beforehand their diagnostic was accurate, and it would fix the real problem at hand going on with my vehicle. Therefore, I do not accept their vehicle repair abuse because I have been patient with them now for months concerning my repair, I've worked 2 jobs to pay my $7000 bill, to get my suv back in return worse than it was before I took it to them.

I will continue to say, I am a paying customer. We take our vehicle to a mechanic and expect them to fix it. If in the process of them fixing our vehicles they mess your vehicle up it is their responsibility to fix the vehicle in fairness so I get my vehicle back in better shape than it was when I took it for service.
If my suv had great ac when I took it why would George Moore expect me to accept my vehicle back in return with no ac as hot as it is outside?

If my vehicle was operative and drivable around town when I took it why would George Moore expect me to accept my suv back in return undrivable after paying $7000 for unnecessary repair work. The services paid for was not services I asked for, they were services they claimed was the reason for the rattle, and weak battery problems going on with my suv.

I paid 7000 for a timing chain and parts which did not repair my suv, they said would.

They then put in a whole engine, after the purchase of a $7000 timing chain, they claim, was the reason for the rattle, and weak battery readings. So we have a $7000 timing chain, a engine, and still a suv that broke down on side of road the same day it was picked up after a engine was put in it.

I did not ask for any engine, they said it needed a engine after a piston tripped or some lie they told. My suv did not need an engine because it rode like brand new. Better than the engine they put in it that's unstable, and feels unmounted...it makes the whole inside shake, steering wheel and all. The life expectancy for a 2009 ****** outlook engine is 250,000 to 300,000. So if my engine had 165,000 ****s it still had many ****s to go where I had no motor issues like timing at all when I took the suv to George Moore.
This company better reimburse me my money because they messed my suv up. They messed it up so bad it would cost a new vehicle almost. Just to get the ac fixed they messed up will be in the thousands, and the cataylac converter. So it is clear they were either trying to destroy my suv for parts they were taking off, or they just wicked and evil people. They ought to stop trying to scam customers out of unnecessary repair work to get more money out of them when they should fix what the real problem is.

They have broken the law in so many ways. They have DEFECTIVE MECHANIC WORK going on with my vehicle, incorrect cost of repairs and written estimates, breach of contract warranty, fraud for scams charging for unneeded parts of the vehicle, claiming unneeded further repairs, and overcharging for repair work not repaired, invalid mechanic's liens (placing holds on my vehicle during repair to pay for parts or repairs).
They gave me my suv to drive down the highway in a unrepaired state knowing they did nothing to repair my suv. They put my life in danger on the highway where I broke down at the light in middle of street during rush hour.  I literally believe they wanted to cause me harm through vehicle accident.

There are so many vehicle crimes they committed I'm not even going to release them all here but they better refund my money because my suv still needs to be fixed, and it is clear they do not know what they are doing.

My cousin called Chevrolet several times they failed to accept our call. Due to it being * k miles over Nissan didn’t fix the recall. I am out ** k and a car. Had they done the inspection and service I would not have bought the car or it could have been fixed by Nissan because it was still covered. I am livid with this and want Chevrolet to reimburse me for the difference I lost in the process of having to get another car

I hope that the entire incident was captured on camera at this particular site, just so that the owner can witness the individuals he or she has employed. On Saturday, March 9th, I visited George Moore Chevrolet, located at **********************************************************************, with the intention of buying a car and trading in my own. It seemed like I spent quite a bit of time there. I was assisted by a salesman who may or may not have informed me that they were unable to locate my VIN number. However, I distinctly recall his superior Mr. ** Moore looking me squarely in the eye's multiple times, affirming that he was not able to access my VIN number and he didn't have any idea why.I expressed my confusion, questioning how I had just received a payoff estimate from their website where I entered my VIN number that pulled my car rite up no issues, which was then relayed to their customer service team that subsequently sent me a text message upon receiving my trade-in offer. Thus, I was puzzled as to how I could obtain a payoff from their system while they allegedly couldn't retrieve my VIN number. Mr. ** Moore still insists he was not able to access my VIN number and he can't do anything without it.Despite Mr. ** Moore's claims that he couldn't retrieve it, I left and awaited Mr. ** Moore's call on Monday. When no call came, I reached out to them. Their demeanor over the phone seemed strange, I spoke with a female customer service rep she said she was going to chexck on things and call me back. She called me back and left a voicemail that informed me that they were unable to locate the information and would not provide assistance.I pondered whether such an occurrence was typical at a dealership, as it had never happened to me before. As a Black Woman aiming to purchase a car, I personally felt discriminated against by this location, especially by Mr. ** Moore, considering he looked me in the eyes and fabricated lies. Subsequently, I contacted another ***** dealership, and they effortlessly retrieved my car's VIN number without any issue. So, I called George Moore Chevrolet again and spoke to Mr. ** Moore's superior, and I asked him to put my VIN number in their system, and he easily accessed my car's details without any complications. My primary concern is the need for straightforwardness. If Mr. ** Moore didn't wish to engage with me for any reason, a simple acknowledgment of that would have sufficed. Why resort to deceit and secrecy when I am attempting to engage in transparent conversation? In response to Mr. ** Moore's superior's inquiry asking what he could do to make it right and resolve the situation, I simply seek an explanation for the lies and deceit that makes me feel I was truly discriminated against. He said he was going to check on things and will call back shortly. I still have yet to hear back from him.

The dealership sold me a vehicle with incorrect tires on the front, and worse, rear tires that were 9 years old, showing dry rot cracks. The ********* owners manual states w/o exception, tread depth is not a consideration if the tires are 6 years old or older, the tires should be discarded and all 4 tires replaced with new non run flat tires; my vehicle is a high performance ******** that has to have run flat tires as the vehicle has no space or tools for emergency tire replacement. The dealership promotes their program of a “170 point inspection “ of their used cars for sale but apparently does not disclose or make corrections to those items needing repair or replacement. The dealership General Manager has refused to offer any assistance for the additional $1,351.00 I had to spend for the new replacement tires I had to purchase because of their oversight.

     Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The dealership has  again ignored my complaint regarding the rear tires being 9 years old, dry rot cracks, unsafe at any speed and the front tires of inappropriate type (non run flats) on a high performance vehicle with no spare or tools to change the tire.

On 07/10/2023, I took my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado with 120,000 original miles in excellent condition and well cared for to George Moore Chevrolet to determine the cause of a mechanical brake failure during an emergency braking maneuver and the cost to repair it. Iwas told by the service writer/advisor that a brake line had ruptured, but I would also need to replace the brakes on all 4 wheels. I questioned why and I was told they couldn't do the job unless I have the brakes replaced. I approved the work because I needed my truck. The bill came to $4,647.79. Customer no.******* Invoice no. ************ My complaint is that I was lied to in order to get my approval to proceed with the repair. I didn't need the brakes to be replaced as I had recently replaced the brakes myself. Only 1 brake line was damaged, but they replaced all of them which is several sections of individual lines, and those lines weren't damaged. I have all the parts that was replaced on my truck to prove that replacing them wasn't needed. I knew the brakes weren't the problem because I checked them before I went to George Moore. I questioned the service writer/advisor, and he stated that the mechanic said I needed to have the work done. I questioned why repairs that was not needed was performed on my truck and got no satisfactory answers. I met with the Service Manager on 07/20/2023 at 10:00 am. He sided with the service writer/advisor and the mechanic after I showed him the parts they replaced that are still good and not in need to be replaced. The brake calipers weren't returned to me because he said they were a core exchange and that they were the problem. I knew that wasn't true because it was one of the items I checked before I took it to them. I questioned if there would be anything done. He became rude and said no and walked away saying they've been paid have a nice day. I responded to him saying this is outrageous and a rip off and left the property. My truck was in their shop for 1 week.

    The
customer came in on 7/10/2023 with a no brake concern.   The 40 year
master certified technician diagnosed the vehicle as 2 ruptured brake lines due
to heavy rust underneath the vehicle.  At this time it was recommended to
the customer to replace all 4 brake lines due to the age of the vehicle and the
heavy rust underneath the vehicle.  Due to the heavy rust on the vehicle
the technician recommended front and rear brakes too the customer.  At
this time the customer was walked backed to his vehicle and all of this was
explained and showed to him by our technician and advisor.  The bleeder
screws were seized to the calipers which is why the calipers were
recommended(once again heavy rust)  At this point Mr* ******* approved the
repair and the price that was quoted to him by the advisor.

I am rejecting this response because: The calipers were not seized. I checked the calipers and wheel cylinders myself for leaks and there was none. I opened and closed the calipers to see if brake fluid was making to these areas.. There was no pressure at the bleeder valves or wheel cylinders. No attempt was made in my presence to open the calipers and they were not returned or shown to me after removal. I have the brake parts that was replaced on my truck and there is only one brake line damaged from corrosion and one that was cut to remove it by the mechanic. The remaining brake lines were not damaged, and neither was the brake parts to include the rotors, brake pads, wheel cylinders, brake drums and brake shoes. They should not have replaced because they were and are in good condition. As far as heavy rust on the frame; I agree there is some surface rust in different areas of the frame but nothing like what has been described. The mechanic insisted I needed this work done and I believed him, but it was a ploy to get my approval to proceed. Once I saw the parts they replaced I knew I had been defrauded. I still have the parts to show that they weren't in need of replacement. I told them I really needed my truck back because I had no other transportation, and they took advantage.

First, the caliper bleeder screws were seized, not the calipers.  The bleeder screws are used to release the air from the brake system when doing a major repair.  As we could not release the bleeder screws the calipers were recommended. The guest did not receive the calipers back because of a core fee that the manufacturer charges to return parts.  Everyone was aware that not all lines were damaged at the time.  The brake lines come as a kit of 4 and cannot be purchased individually as the customer was made aware that is why the recommendation of all lines being replaced.  Again, the vehicle was heavily rusted and the customer was walked back to his vehicle and the entire process was explained thoroughly to *******************  At any given point ***************** could have denied replacing any of the components that were recommended by us, but he did not and ****************** approved the repair.  George Moore Chevrolet does not defraud clients!  We are as forthcoming and honest about a repair, which is why we include our customers in the decision making process!  The customer always has the best information at hand to make their own educated decision.

     Complaint: 20359561

I am rejecting this response because: The bleeder screws on the calipers is what I was referring to when I stated that they weren't seized because I had previously opened the bleeder screws myself to check for pressure and leaks prior to bringing it to them. There was no problem opening them that's why I brought it to them because I couldn't find the source of the brakes failing. A damaged brake line is not a common repair item, and you can buy them in sections. I have in the past on another vehicle I owned. I am experienced in auto repair, and I know what it takes and how to repair brakes. I don't have the facilities to do the work. That's why I brought it to them. The service advisor stated that they would make a line to replace the damaged line and they joked about it. The 40-year mechanic is the one who told me I needed the repairs when in reality I didn't. He stated he was retiring in a month and looked forward to it, because he was tired. I approved the repair based on his advice, but I didn't approve being defrauded and ripped off, which is what this job was. You have only to look at the reviews about the service department and it becomes apparent that I am not first person with a similar complaint and I won't be the last as long as they are allowed to continue with less than honest and questionable business practices. Nothing was said to me about replacing all the brake lines I was told the one that was damaged only. The bleeder screws on the wheel cylinders aren't seized, I have them along with all the parts they replaced that didn't need replacing. The calipers is the one thing they replaced and got rid of because it would prove that they weren't seized to begin with. I know there is a core exchange, but they were still in the shop when I asked to see them, but they never let me. I know I have been defrauded and I don't expect them to own it or admit that they are wrong. My point is the parts they replaced are good and shouldn't have been touched other than to bleed the brakes once the brake line was replaced. I have them but no one wants to see them it will prove what I've said is the truth. My next stop will be the investigative news if this isn't resolved amicably.

It appears that we are at an impasse.  I can only state the facts of the case.  The customer had all the vital information needed to make an informed and educated decision and he made his informed and educated decision to repair the vehicle as we once again showed the customer his vehicle before proceeding with any repairs.  Again, this was explained to ****************** by the advisor and technicina while standing underneath his vehicle and a decision was made by the customer to proceed with repairs. Again, George Moore Chevrolet does not repair vehicles without the owners consent.

     Complaint: 20359561

I am rejecting this response because: I never denied I gave my approval for them to go ahead with repairing my truck. This was a scam from the moment they put my truck on the lift. I was sold repair work that I didn't need, and I have the proof. They showed me where the damaged brake line was located under my truck, then he proceeded to show me the brakes and said they would have to be replaced. I have the proof that they didn't need replacing. The excuse that the bleeder screws was seized and that's why the brakes needed replacing was used to get my approval. I have proof that they didn't need replacing. The service department is in a position of trust and honesty with the customers, but that wasn't the case with me. All I got was smoke and mirrors to lead me to believe I needed these repairs. I trusted them and got burned. The only repair my truck needed was for them to repair or replace the damaged brake line, add needed brake fluid and bleed the brakes and that's all. I know the caliper bleeder screws weren't seized because as I stated before I had opened and closed them checking for leaks before I brought it to them. I had recently replaced the brakes on my truck including the calipers and I still have receipts to show when I purchased them. I am not going to keep going in circles with this. They have made their position quite clear, and I have made mine. I will take this further by getting investigative News team involved. This is how they treat Military Veterans. I'm not looking for a handout, but I won't be taken advantage of either. I also know they work on commission in addition to their hourly rate and get bonus points, the bigger the repair cost the bigger the bonus points. I stand by original complaint. I have taken in by snake oil salesmen. I know it and they it.
