Purchase a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from this place last April 2023. From the time we drove off the lot we had issue. The issues consist of Transmission repair, blown head gasket, radiator, tune up, and shifter kit. The car fax report didnt show any of this issue. The car fax report stated that vehicle had been in 1 accident. We kept the vehicle service by Coggin with routine maintenances. When the issues occur Coggin service department would state that they are back up and we would have rescheduled. We asked for the vehicle to be fixed or traded and they want a deposit for us to get another vehicle.

I have no stars to give this dealership. If you want honorable good customer service this is not the dealership that gives that service. I went with my daughter to purchase a 2009 *************** for my grandson.the sales men were so nice I-thought we were in good hands Unfortunately, they sold ** a truck that was no good at all. After purchasing the truck at the end of January a few months later the motor went out. until a certified mechanic came to look at it the truck it sat in the yard because it started smoking. however we. Contact the dealership and they are trying to assist at all. They said the vehicle was purchased as is and thats our problem In l the meantime we are out of over thousands of dollars, not including the money that was put in the truck. I will never do business with This dealership again! If you want *********** service with people that care for theft customers find another dealership!

I do not recommend anyone to purchase a used vehicle from GMC of Orange Park. I worked extra hours over a year to save money to purchase my son a truck for his bday. I thought it would be safer to purchase from a major dealer ship instead of a private owner. I was wrong… Or it could’ve been because I am a woman, they saw me coming, and took advantage of me. Before I purchased the truck it was put on a diagnostic machine because the dealership said that by law they were supposed to do that. only 2 things came up wrong with the vehicle that was no big worry by car salesman assured me. Well a little after my sons 16th birthday sadly, the ENGINE went out in the 2009 Chevy Silverado I spent over $7000 for. One can only imagine how my kid feels at this point…To be gifted a vehicle because you are a straight “A” student athlete, you gain independency getting back and forth to school, basketball practice, basketball games, work, etc. Very discouraging right? I called the GMC of Orange Park hoping they would work with me and try to make it right. Sadly, they clearly stated to me “i’m sorry for what happen to your sons truck but you purchased the truck “As Is” so now that’s your problem. I can not afford to put an Engine in my sons truck. A new engine is over $4000! Not to mention the labor to put the ENGINE in, it will only add up to what I paid for the truck. Remember it took me over a year to save the money up for the truck. At this point I am discouraged myself and i don’t know what to do or which way to turn. God pointed me in the right direction.. I will be contacting the the news team. It’s not right for anyone to take that much money from you and get away with it! I will Never do business here again and this is FACTS! Not Emotions! I gave any hard earned money, to still not have a vehicle! I do NOT Recommend This dealership, Find another dealership that will be honorable, by caring about how they treat their customers.

I am writing this review without emotion but with facts. I am the owner of a 2014 ***** Silverado **** LTZ ***** Edition. Since I have taken my truck to Coggin GMC, I have had all of the following done, and some others. Transmission Flush New Transmission installed, Oil change and tires rotated. Power steering fuse block replaced, A new key, fuel Injector Replacement cylinders 2,4,6,8Check engine light and stabilitrack message resulting in a the left bank of the engine being replaced. I keep receipts for everything, and I have spent in excess of $10K on service at this location. I am no novice at maintenance because I served in the military in a maintenance capacity. My frustration with Coggin currently is as follows: My issues with #8 are still not solved. I have made 4-6 trips to Coggin for the same issue and the problem is still not solved. I have zero confidence in it being fixed at any time. I believed in what they said, and I gladly paid for it. I am now questioning if parts are being thrown at the problem instead of fixing the problem. Even though the parts are under warranty (thats why I went to the dealer and paid higher prices), I am tired of the same story. My service writer ***** and ******* have always been professional. The service manager **** has also been professional, however after this many trips to the dealer for the same issue, it should be all hands-on deck to get my issue resolved. I called today on 3/14 and the best I got was that they would make me an appointment, and everyone was too busy to speak to me. I am a known customer, and most service writers know my issue. I would expect better. The gentleman that took the call stated he could get me a lyft to work. Are you kidding me? A rental car should not be a problem after all of the frustration and trips I made to Coggin GMC. I am going to verify what was repaired soon by another shop to ensure that everything is on the square. Frustrated.

Consumers beware of doing any business with Coggin Buick GMC, I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that seemed to have been wrecked, because the paint didnt match up. It was an online purchase, the vehicle was supposedly had been certified. The salesman sent me a video on the vehicle, but he didnt point out any of the defects. I called and talked with the Manager and told him the issue I had with the vehicle. The manager himself told me that if it was something defective on the vehicle, it wouldve been fixed and the price wouldve been passed on to the consumer. Obviously they are falsifying certified vehicles, the truck has paint overspray on the back passengers side wheel and on the back passengers side window. I contacted the salesman and told him about the defect, he assured me that he would get the truck fixed, but that wasnt true. Ive contacted the salesman numerous of times and all Im getting is the run around. *** had the vehicle for a month and since I contacted them about this defect, I have been put on the back end. They have no interest in resolving this issue. I would advise anybody whos looking to purchase a vehicle new or used to steer away from Coggin Buick GMC.
