              Niva health had a branch at **** *********** ** **** *** in Naperville Il which unexpectedly they closed without notice to clients. They no longer have a branch in Illinois that is in close proximity to me to visit. I reached out to a wide array of multiple phone numbers to receive my money back for the treatments that I had paid for and I have gotten nothing but the runaround with call backs promised to which I have never gotten one back. I have talked to in this particular order ******** on 2/27/24, Jody on 3/1/24, Eva on 3/14/24, ********** on 03/15/24 and absolutely no one has bothered to call me back to address this issue. I want my money refunded to me immediately. Thank you.

              This place with scam you with their fake promises. They try to tell you they have a 95% improvement rate and they DO NOT. It is more like 10%. Now that a lot of people are not falling for their BS anymore, they are trying to get you to come in every week for an IV that they say will help you. It won't. They just want to make money by billing your health insurance for something you do not need. They will try and tell you that the IV will be customized for you, but everyone gets the same thing every time. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from NIVA Health. They are taking advantage of the elderly, and it is not right!! All they want is your money and could care less about you as a person.
