- We have a solid refund policy where if we are unable to deliver on the services contracted for we will promptly refund any monies paid. Keep in mind that sometimes there are circumstances in which we discover there are instances that will place the client in a different resolution from what was contracted. This will occur if the client fails to disclose all information and we discover new data from the IRS or state taxing authority which could impact the resolution. Clients are made full aware of the importance of full disclosure upon signing up with Key tax Group before hand.
