      This law firm was hired to represent me and my daughter in our accident case. From the start it's been bad. They were notified of a video of the accident, they failed to get it because it wasn't asked for in a timely manner. Since then the communication has been horrible. I believe they want us to say we are firing them because they don't have sufficient evidence to get a decent recovery. There have been missed phone conferences with no follow up as to why. We were scheduled for a mediation, my daughter and I were told two different sets of instructions first the call to be briefed about the mediation was missed, we had to play phone tag to get it done. My daughter was told in person, I was told virtual, we had no idea what to do. Mediation, the case wasn't settled no phone call as to why. Call after call, finally my daughter was told and scheduled for a phone call last Monday...NOTHING! No call yet! We are fed up but what can we do our case is so messed up because of no evidence. The evidence we have is because my daughter gathered it, the names numbers and contact emails for the witnesses. Our case is more than just a tap but because of no video evidence, we are cooked!

      I am rejecting this response because:  I was contacted by my attorney who spoke to me in an aggressive manner.  She was upset because I voiced my unsatisfaction with the firm.  I thought I would be speaking with someone in management or higher up because I am very dissatisfied and feel that my case is in a no win state if I were to go to another attorney due to the mess ups.  I don't expect to talk to my attorney everyday but I do expect to know what is going on in a timely manner.  After our mediation, we had no clue if we settled or what was going on.  My daughter called and called, sometimes going thru the ******************* who would also state, they could only send an email because no contact was able to be made!  We feel  our case is undervalued and any contact made is initiated by us.  Countless missed phone appointments and it goes on and on.  My attorneyvstayed she has notes, but phone logs and the ******************* will support my claims.

      I have been attempting to contact my legal team for almost two weeks, to no avail. I have left voice messages, and the receptionists (who have been fantastic and patient) have stated that they have sent messages to the team and their supervising attorneys. I have received no phone calls or any other communication. I have requested to speak to the supervising attorneys for the last week, again to no avail.

      They stalled my case for several years, they fired 2 lawyers, they diverted calls with no assistance, and threatened to hold my case and I was not allowed after 3 years to go elsewhere with out being charged.

      My case begin Marc* *** **** for a non at fault accident. The communication with F&F has been the worst. I had a set of lawyers to represent my case back when it first began. Overtime that legal team no longer worked there with a notice from F&F I was left high and dry on what to do next for my settlement. I have lost jobs and all waiting for this settlement to help with financial problems. I contacted F&F for updates on my settlement and receive none. The legal team I have now has not contact me in months. I leave messages and receive nothing. Again it’s been two years. I should receive some type of contribution added to my settlement this is ridiculous. Please I need my settlement

      I in fact have to reach out to to Farah and Farah to receive any information, after asking for a supervisor or anyone of a higher rank I’m always “redirected” to having a email sent on my behalf to have someone call me and that never happens.My  “lawyer” ?? **** ******? Who made the promise to keep me updated every two weeks? It has been months since I’ve spoken to her unless I have been assigned yet another attorney since I have only spoken with a ********* and a *****  who are assistance who aren’t on the same page as I’ve received conflicting information from the both of them. This case has been going on for two years with no progress and empty promises.
