            On October *** ****, I purchased an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, refridgerator, dual side buners for $****** from Premier Outdoor Kitchen and Grills located in Jacksonville, FL. The set was delivered in November **** with a broken refridgerator door handle, broken infrared ignitor, broken interior grill lights and no instruction manual. Not to mention that the product was delivered a week after the set delivery date in November. The manager gave me excuses that the delivery team went to the wrong address on the scheduled delivery date and on another day stated that the delivery team never showed up. A number of calls and text messages were sent to the store manager who ignore most of my calls and messages with still no resolution in sight. In addition, on ******* a warranty claim was filed on Premier Outdoor website for a defective hood glass on the grill that shattered during normal use and was only the 4th time it was ever used. To date, no one has returned any of my calls or emails in reference to this matter as well.

            After searching many companies we decided to go with Premier Outdoor for our backyard kitchen. From the first conversation through the entire process they were there to answer any and all questions. It made me realize I made the right choice. Their warranty was just the cherry on top. We will go back in the future for further expansions. Check them out, you wont regret it
