It is a customer service complaint. I was in an aisle picking up several items. The Guys in Turner Ace Hardware in any of the Ace Hardware stores like the one on San Marcos...they are always watching what you buy. This is Turner Ace hardware. I'm in the aisle picking up items and a white man, grey hair in black shirt and black pants comes by and says "Cunt". I never said anything to him...he just came up and said it to me. Before this...1 of the guys..male employees..said...don't say anything...but this male employee did. he said "cunt." I never said anything to justify him saying that to me. I was silent picking up items from that aisle. He passes by me..and he goes into an entracne way with stairs that lead upstairs like to a lunch room. So he was an employee. I called ******* at 1:11pm and mentioned what happened, She said she will find out who this is ...as I was leaving...some other male said...are you leaving for the day..and the guy who said "cunt" tome walked out. I got in my car. He looked like he was approaching his cause I would have got his license plate number...he turned around and walked back into the store. I don't know if he was really leaving or not. He was an employees. It's poor customer service. These people around the area called "murabella'...are just outrageously rude, verbally abusive, game playing people...who have the guts to play these games...he was 1 of those people...I'm not impressed with level of customer service. Thankyou. I hope ******* does more than reprimand him.
