      I have been for the past year following the rewards rules but I am missing over $30.00 in rewards from their rewards bonus program. I tried contacting them by website but it never works and I am never able to call since the hours they have don't work for me. I have bought drinks that say you get so much money back in bonus points, I never got them. I have bought soda products where you get money back but never did. I bought meats and other grocery items that says you get 20% off and nope didn't get that either so for the past several months I am missing around $30. And they make the receipts so hard to read with the points and bonus you never know what you got off on their products with the rewards, but I have noticed I am missing a lot of points and money!       I placed an online order with Winn-Dixie for 7 lobsters for 69.93 & 2 bridgport chorizo for 5.98 for a total of 75.91. They applied a promotion of $10 off for a $75 order up to 3 times & this was my first . They added a 9.99 delivery charge & I added a tip of 3.80. The total came to 78.71.
      They delivered the lobsters on Oct 3 & the **** **** driver informed me they there was no chorizo.
      Winn-Dixie then charged my card 82.73. I called them to find out why the charge was more than 78.71 when they did not deliver the chorizo. I was told that they put back 10 because I failed to meet 75.
      I pointed out that it was a promotion to ORDER 75 which I did. It is not my fault that they didn't have the chorizo. They didn't notify me that my order changed to be less than $75. I could have ordered more lobsters.
      They offered $10 in points and 10 off for my next 3 orders of $75 online. The problem with the offer is that, for the $10 off, there is no guarantee they will have the items in stock even if I ordered a lot more than $75. For example, I could order 7 lobsters and 4 chorizos to come up to $80+ but then they'll deliver only the lobster and again not give me the $10 off and I'll have to call them again and argue with them why it's their fault and not mine.
      Compensating with me with points does not fix their order/delivery process which is flawed and for which I am being penalized. This does not address the fact that they are not honoring their promotion and letting me order something they do not have & then penalizing me.
      Other on-line stores tell me if a product or size or color if not available so I can't order it. Other stores will honor their promotions if the mix up or short coming is their fault.
      This is not about the $10 but about the principle of Winn-Dixie honoring their promotions and offers and recognizing their screw up.
      I expect them to refund the $10 to the card and still give me the $10 off for the next 2 orders of $75 on-line, as per their promotion.

      Winn Dixie refuses to investigate fraudulent use on my rewards program. My phone number associated with my rewards program with Winn Dixie was used in a different city . Someone basically stole the money that was in there for their person use. I called multiple times but was denied a manager and was told there is nothing they can do unless I change MY phone number. Its their program that doesnt have safe guards so to put the onus on the customer is wild. They need to add security to prevent my funds being stolen in the future or remove all of my compromised infor from their data base.

      On Friday, June 28, 2024 around 12:30 pm I requested $100 cash back during a normal purchase transaction from my cashier, *******. After receiving the cash, I went back to work since I made the purchase during my lunch break. After getting to work, I counted the cash back and noticed I had only received $80 cash back. I immediately called the number to the ***************** Dixie and told them I was short $20. I asked them to give me a call back after ******* counted her drawer so I can retrieved my $20. They agreed to call me back to retrieve my money after *******'s shift but I never received a call back from them nor have I received my money. I am not sure what is going on, but the cashier shorted me $20.

I explained to her that I myself, another manager and my office associate watched the video and we all agreed that ****** gave her the proper change. We all watched the video several times. ******'s till was not short that night.

      I had to beg my aunt for grocery money and then I went and took it and spent it all there and most of the food I bought was spoiled or rotten

It seems odd that the whole purchase was bad and went unnoticed when purchased.

      I always like to grill on 3-day weekends and this Memorial Day week-end was no exception. I went into your ********************, ******* ****-Dixie and asked the kid supposedly working in meats where the filet mignon cuts were located. He said they are the tenderloins. I knew filet mignon are the end pieces of the tenderloin, but what he was selling was a thin cut piece of steak that was tougher than an old rubbery top round. Additionally, it had a bleach taste to it. Do you label filet mignon? I wanted to email you but your ****-Dixie email site is down. As much money as you bring in charging 3x the price for half the food volume from a couple years ago, I would think you could at least label your filet mignon, have knowlegable meat department employees, and have an up-and-running way to contact you online. I paid $37.00 for a piece of bleach tainted top round labeled as tenderloins and I was told it was a filet mignon. I was lied to and stolen from.

      Within the last 2 days I purchased $350.00 worth of Amazon gift cards, and find out they have already been used. I called up Amazon help desk and they confirmed there was nothing on the cards.

      I was in the store last night at 7:40 cashier name is Thaina this is a store that deal with a 55 and over community this cashier backed 3 gallons of orange juice in one bag. I am in so much discomfort from lifting up, 3 gallons of orange juice in one bag what would possess someone to back a bag like this for a elder senior citizen

      Ref Case ********. On 26 December 2023, my daughter bought a gift card from the ****-Dixie Harbor Village. The approval receipt didn't print indicating that the funds were applied to the gift card. Store cashier and one of the managers told her to come back tomorrow if the card didn't work for a refund. What they didn't know was the gift card was for me, her dad. Well the card didn't work and I went to speak with another manager and he stated that he was unable to go into the system and pull the money and apply to another gift card. I was told to submit a case to Corporate to tell them on what to do next. I opened a case on or about 9 January **** and submitted the receipt, along with bank transaction. ****-Dixie customer support also saw where the funds did not get applied to the gift card. It said that transaction was declined. However the transaction between the customer and store did not get declined. Now ****-Dixie has my money that was slated for the gift card. I was told that I will have a response/resolution in 3 to 5 days. I called after the 5th day and subsequent days later and still no response. Management at the local store has also stated they haven't heard from Corporate on what to do as they are aware of the issue. So the issue is why Corporate is being non responsive to me and the local store. I am wondering why the case is taking so long to adjudicate when store management and cashier is aware that money did not get applied to the gift card.

      12/20/23 @504pm I went in 3x today. Upon ************ on my final time at 5:04 i entered my telelphone # ********** for my gift card purchase it did not work. I went to customer service. Granted lines were long in the store for that area at 445. When i got to customer service i asked her how many times can you use your phone number per day for tills it tells you you cant. She said 5. then i said strange I have only used it 3x today. She said maybe someone has your phone number and is using it. I said there is no way i am the only 1 that uses it asked me for my phone number for the gift card because i was going to get 3x the amount of points if i purchase a gift card. Upon checking out i realized that my number was not used there was no over ride and no points were added. I am very dissapointed. Also there was a disabled person next to me that was purchasing $600 in gift cards and was told that casheirs can not do gift cards that it freezes up computers and they needed to go to customer service. There is only 1 person working there and lines were long to returns, cigarreettes, people purchasing lottery and just long lines to be dealing with no lines in cash lanes or self service and to be told you have to go to customer service to purhase gift card is insane,Also I tried to purchase my gift card at self service and it aslo told me help was needed for this item and i cannot use my phone number for purchase in which case the person up front said come back tommorro and make purchase. I informed her i needed it tonight and cannot come back tommorro...Anyways i did not recieve the points and they need to really fix the purhases on gift cards so customers are not waiting long in customer service especially this time throughout the year!!!! I am very dissappointed when i thought i was recieving my points only to look at my reciept and see nothing was added. i would really appreciate if you can fix it by sending a $25 gift card for this major inconvienece
