    A few items are pretty un-usable...not as advertised. But pretty much EVERYTHING they sell is NOT AS ADVERTISED. Everything shows up as BRIGHT on the website....but pretty much 'muted' when you get them. I believe I've sampled enough items to make up my mind to never purchase anything else. Also, beware...there are no washing suggestions on anything. So I pretty much wash by hand. Hang to dry. Just received a set of sheets...look muted compared to advertising...so I'll be cautious and wash them in cold and low heat dry...Crossing my fingers...this $h!+ ain't cheap. It's pretty, but not as advertised. Also, I think it's going to take trashing my email address in order to stop their slamming.

    I ordered my wife a dress that was $72 and a beautiful hair clip that was $12 for our wedding gift and did this on a friends phone so it would be a surprise. When ordering I did not realize that the iPhone auto populated an old address that my order was shipped and delivered to. I went by the address which is an hour away from me to find out that the lady said she returned the package. I called customer service who told me they could see it was ordered on and iPhone so the address was probably auto populated and there was nothing they could do. This was my second order and will be my last. I was not asking for a refund just want what I ordered as a gift for my wife. My wife has ordered over $2,000 worth of items over the past two years and she said she has had a piece of clothing not fit or something messed up on the item and was told to keep it as well as refunded her money but I can't get the dress and hair clip replaced and shipped to the correct address. I will be letting everyone I can know about my experience.My wife and I will not be ordering from Natural Life again unless this is made right. Thanks for reading and be careful when you order!

Based on my review of this situation, the order was processed with an incorrect address and when you reached out to us about this issue the order had already shipped. I do see in the correspondence you tried to retrieve the package from the address listed on the order. However, the tenant at that address advised you that the package was returned to the sender. The CE agent you spoke with kept your ticket on hold and advised you that once we received the package back, we would be able to refund you for the product. The good news is our warehouse notified us that they received your package back, therefore, you should be receiving a refund for the shipment. I am showing a CE agent has already reached out to you but have not heard back from you. Please know that your refund will be processed today, and you should receive an email notification of the refund to the email address we have on file.     I ordered 4 items. The $20 surprise gift ball had 3 stickers, a small charm, a tiny cork bottle with gold sparkle in it. It was disappointing for the price. Oh my, I dont mean to be unkind, but I ordered a daisy ring in a tiny bottle and the ring had very very tiny beaded *****'s. It was $20? Plus shipping and tax (shipping was $7.95 I also ordered a blanket and the photo looked like very BRIGHT colors in the photo, but the background was gray. It had the saying, "She believed she could, so she did". The final item was a bright flowered picnic blanket with a waterproof underside. It was as the photos showed.I just want people to know that the items are overpriced for what they are. I too am from the ****s and these were not the same as we created.Thankyou

    I ordered a.small daisy ring ( $10. + ship $7.95 + tax) It arrived in a tiny bottle and the Daisy's were so tiny it was difficult to enjoy. I then ordered a paper mache SURPRISE ball for $10 or $20 + $9.75 shipping and tax. Inside were 3 stickers, a very tiny bottle with gold dust, a small charm with a saying and a tiny bit more. I then ordered a blanket that looked BRIGHT on the website and the background was grey. I ordered BRIGHT picnik blanket (waterproof) and it was true to the photo. Please look carefully and ask questions and dont forget that if you order items individually, you will pay an extra $7.95 shipping on each.

    Ordered item, tried canceling witching 5 min. Would not cancel order. Sent email to customer service no response until next morning saying it had shipped.I never received an email after placing order. I have no order number or any confirmation. Finally spoke with customer service. She was the rudest and most disrespectful person Ive ever spoken with. She would not help me. She said order already shipped which I know is not true. Do not buy from company without reading all negative reviews out their.
