    I am currently renting a 3 piece sectional from this store. For one I would like to start off saying that the employees in the store is so rude disrespectful and very unprofessional. They have no customer service skills at all and will over talk you, cut you off while you’re talking. Will sit there and argue with you and even hang up on you. From someone that works in customer service I regret doing business with this store simply off that fact. Now when I first started my contract ********* with them they have this “optional” benefit plus plan.Thats 13.96, I had on my account for a few months and decided that I be longer needed it. I’m paying extra for nothing basically. It was like pulling teeth back on when I called the store to get it removed but they finally removed it. Until recently on 9/7/24 someone at the store added it back on my account. Which is additional 13.96. So come to my surprise I called the store to have it removed. That’s when I get the nastiest store manager named ****, that stated to me that she can’t remove it because it’s required. So I advise her that online it states that it’s optional and I don’t see it in my contract that it is required. She basically told me oh well I can’t remove it. So I ask for something in writing that states it’s required and can’t be removed, so told me she don’t have nothing in writing and won’t take it off. So this store is basically forcing me to pay for something that I don’t need nor want. After me trying to be nice to ask them to remove it they just won’t. **** keep telling me that her regional manager ****** saying not to remove it. So please BBB I really need your help getting this issue resolved.I know it’s a small amount but it’s the principle of the matter now that I feels as though could’ve been resolved professionally. I have attached my contract, receipts after it was removed of me just paying the sectional, and when it was added back on.

    Although fully aware of the reputation rent a center has , i still chose to do business with them as i had just moved and wanted to start furnishing my new home. I originally got online & placed an order for a sectional - I was then called by the store and informed that they sold the unit , the rep in the store offered a different sectional i agreed to that one , i was then contacted by the store yet again & informed they had sold the SECOND couch , frustrated i told them I would just take my business elsewhere as this process was too back and forth … after Christmas I decided to look at their selections again , entering my zip code to find the store that had it in stock , it was the same store - i finally picked out a THIRD couch , it was delivered , delivery was rough as they were late causing me to miss an appointment that had already been moved , the delivery drivers English was not great and they never bothered to ring the doorbell when i ran my ring camera back they literally just lurked around my door for 10 mins . A week later my bestfriend had fell asleep on the couch and woke up covered in a breakout on her arms & face .. I did read in the contract that it was used and I specifically asked the store before delivery if it had been cleaned , I am aware of how RAC cleans returned property & the rep assured me it had been cleaned , I told my best friend that it may be the cleaning solutions they used & to take the covers off so we could re wash them , upon removing the covers there a stain that looks like blood and a huge slash in the leather , i reached out to the store and informed them , they offered a FOURTH couch and told me to call in today to set up delivery, upon calling today I received a text that they had sold the FOURTH couch as well and I could have a new one ordered in * weeks but would need to continue payments , I advised them to come and get this unsanitary couch and the rep stopped responding . I have yet to hear back .
