****** was amazing helping with my purchase. But I will never referral anyone else to purchase anything from this company. I had referred 2 people and they also made purchases. Making the purchase went smooth but with picking up and getting the item was definitely a bad experience. First off I made my purchase through their Orange Park location. Which ****** told me I would have to pick up my items at their St ***** location that I would have to call an hour in advance before picking it up. Called the day before to make sure I can pick up because I was renting a uhaul and what was the times I can pick up.The female i spoke to told me to make sure I call when i was on my way and it had to be before 5. The next day on my way there i called to inform I was on my way and was told they dont allow pick *** on Sunday but the manager would make an expectation because I was there. Sad that everyone isnt on the same page and do not know their job. Now I take the items to my new apartment but wasnt able to set up anything because there was still renovations going on so I didnt move in until friday. So Saturday we started to take everything out the boxes to put the bed together and notice there were gems that had fallen off the ottoman and the ottoman sounded as if one of the ***** was cracked. I respectfully called sunday to ask what can i do. The female who I was speaking to told me i would have to send her pictures and she will let me know. I send photos and a video for her to say sorry the bed didnt have an extended warranty and all she could advice was for me to glue back the gems. My issue wasnt the gems because that can easily be fix. But how can you say there isnt a warranty on a item that I didnt have more than 7 days and also it came damaged I spent $1,300 for a poorly made bed and now i cant do anything about it because she claims their furniture has no warranty.I asked if they can send someone out to take a look of the furniture and she refused. Its sad how they do not value their customer. The same way you work for a paycheck to be able to buy things you like and support your family so do I. And for you to treat you customers like that is really disappointing. I been wanting that bed for the past 4 yrs and was able to save to get it for now to recieve something damage is so disappointing. This will be the first and last time i will purchase anything from this company and will never receive another referral from me. I had referred them to 2 different people and they had purchased from them as well because i loved the treatment I received from ******. There is a God and what we do here on earth we will pay for it. One thing I dont do is play with no ones hard earnmoney and I dont like to do damage to anyone. But remember you need your customers to be able to support your families and to not value your customers is very sad. Trust me you will never receive business or a referral from me again. You definitely need better customer service and more professional people to run your company. Also your furniture should be of better quality because $1,300 is definitely a big purchase for there not to be any warranty.
