I took my 2013 Audi A6 to get a coolant leak fixed. I payed for the first service and when receiving my car back the problem was worst than when I dropped it off with a slow leak. We called and they took my car back in, leaving me carless for a week. They did a test on it and seen the leak was not from the tank as they thought but under my super charger. When I got my car back it was doing the same but now leaking now in two places. We disputed the transaction with our bank. They asked us to bring it back in for a 3rd time. They held my car over a week and did not want to fix it because we disputed the charge. We called and canceled the dispute out of good faith, but since they did not get the money back immediately they did not touch my car at all. Not only did they get paid 2x for a service they did not even do, they did not even want to fix the problem, we could of just repaid the money once they fix it. I would never take another car I own here. Not even my *** e36 I am working on. I prefer to take my business to small businesses but now I am dropping my car off at Audi, after 3 months of dealing with this situation.Update: Took my car to Audi, the thermostat they claimed they replaced and the hose under my supercharger that they supposedly replaced was NEVER even touched. Now I have to pay them $5K to fix my car.
