    I had a home built in 2020 with **** ***** and they use Riterug to make warranty repairs. I had a leak from the upstairs master bathroom shower pan liner which cause a lot of damage and resulted in a bathroom demo and reinstall. Riterug has had 2 attempts to fix my shower and shower floor tile which had damage from the tile removal. I had a floor inspector come because of issues regarding the master bath baseboards was not removed before installation leaving large gaps between tile and baseboards needing to add shoe molding and they added two rows of tile in the large master shower to resolve another issue. They repaired LVP downstairs from damage during the removal of tile and the installer left scuff marks all over from ****** used floor and large gaps around stairs, the installer didn't even attach the shoe molding completely in the kitchen . The LVP also does not match and is visibly a different sheen. I am out 17 months without a Master shower because of **** ***** and Riterug not finishing the work. Now I have damage LVP all downstairs that has sit for about 2 months with no repair in sight. The Certified Flooring Inspector for Horizon that I hired said that it was not correct to install a second row of tile on master shower floor. The manager from Rite rug came and looked at the LVP downstairs and said it would all need to be replaced, but I am still waiting for the date for the repairs. The Riterug floor manager did not see any repairs needed for the shower to use even after I explained my concerns.
