    On February 15, 2024 had JAX Concrete Coatings resurface our patio deck, backyard side sidewalk, walking area around the pool and our garage floor on October 2, 2024, several months later they had to resurface part of the pool and patio area as the material used was bubbling up. they cam e out and did the work and it happened again. This time they came and sanded the area down but didn't come back for three weeks. Finally showed to complete the project. but then we noticed that the decking didn't match in color or surface the walkway and pool deck area look terrible. Called the owner and complained about the issue, he finally sent someone out in December to look at the pool area and the garage that didn't turn out well either and had to be redone, but the garage floor like the pool area doesn't match. the gentlemen the owner sent out because he was on vacation in ****** according to the gentlemen he sent in his place. I showed the gentlemen the problem and stated even him or the owner wouldn't except this type of workmanship if it was their pool/patio deck, walkways or garage floor,(he even took pictures of the pool/patio area and walkway as well as the Garage) he agreed the deck wasn't something he would be happy with either if he was the customer and asked how they could make it right. I stated the whole thing needed to be redone and that would make it right. He stated that he would talk to the owner when he returned from ****** on Friday and call us Friday. That was back at the beginning of December, still haven't heard back from either person and have reached out to them via phone calls and texts. I paid a lot of money to have these projects completed and they have 100% guarantee and a lifetime warranty. So I think that they should have to honor this and redo the whole area, not in parts which makes the pool/patio deck look like a checker board.     The owner says they’re more than happy to continue to help, but you can’t address the issues if they’re not returning phone calls or text messages from November and December and now, we are into the end of January and still haven’t heard back.

    Yes, it’s true JAX Concrete Coatings have come out and worked on areas of interest, but each time it looks worse than it did before and now it doesn't even look like it did originally. You can see where the pool/patio area and the front of the garage don’t match. JAXS Concrete Coatings have a Lifetime Warranty and 100% satisfaction and currently we aren't 100% satisfied with the rework they have done.

    In November the co-owner (****) came out and took pictures of the garage and pool/patio area and I made the comment, if this was your home you wouldn’t be satisfied with this workmanship and he agreed, he even asked what they could do to make it right and I stated that the pool/patio would have to be totally stripped and redone so it matches all the way around as when it was new. The garage front just needed to be stripped and redone. He stated that the **** the owner was still in ****** on vacation, and he would talk to him when he got back that Friday and it’s been almost 3 months now and there have been no return phone calls or responses to text. So, it doesn’t sound like JAX Concrete Coatings wants to continue to work with us to remedy the situation, they are just telling you the BBB they are willing to work with us.

    So, if JAX Concrete Coatings wants to make this right, then they need to contact us, if they have no intentions on making right, than I’d like the $15,100 I paid for the pool/patio and garage, so I can have someone else do the work.

    As of today, and since this complaint was logged, JAX Concrete Coatings has made no attempt to contact myself or my wife.

    So, they keep posting "We will reach out and continue to assist costumer", When do they plan on contacting us? It's a legitimate question.

    We understand your frustration and want to help you resolve this issue. The condition of the concrete prior to our arrival has made it hard for us to meet your expectations in this matter. We have attempted many times to correct the issues as best we can but we cannot change the condition of the existing concrete. It may be best to have a foundation company fix the substrate before we repair in an effort to meet your expectations
