On July 27th 2020 I had ********************************************************************************************* the garage, service order #*****. After the work was completed the 3 **** breakers in the electrical panel began to trip randomly. After speaking with the job supervisor, it was recommended that 1 of the **** breakers be replaced and that the problem could be related to the master bath shower fan/light fixture was old and should be replaced. I proceeded to have that completed. Thereafter, I continued to have problems with the **** breakers tripping. I contacted the supervisor after the 2nd work order was completed, he said to monitor the problem ( in hopes that it would go away) however no one volunteered to return to troubleshoot the problem. I continued to live with the problem for many months and on February 11, 2022 I decided to contact Thompson Electric again for help. I expressed my concerns about the work completed in July of 2020, and that the **** breakers were still tripping. I was told then that the office supervisor would review the prior work orders and call me back. It is now March 4th, 2022, I still have not heard back. In my research I find that nuisance tripping of **** breakers is fairly common problem and that troubleshooting the problem can be very time consuming. As such, It is my opinion that Thompson Electric does not want to invest the time and labor necessary to troubleshoot this problem that originated from their installation. The service tech that did the installation was inexperienced, as his work had to be troubleshot by his supervisor after the installation in order to get the lights to come on properly. All I am seeking is that Thompson Electric be honorable, troubleshoot the problem, and resolve this matter. I paid nearly $3500.00 for the work that has left me with an ongoing **** nuisance tripping issue. ***********************
