This company works for Universal Parks to screen disabled people for Reasonable Accommodation under the **** They provide inaccurate information and do not stand by their product when challenged. For example: I have ******************, a disease of the brain & spinal cord that has caused brain damage visible on MRI. IBCCES did not provide the appropriate request for Accommodation, leading to Disability Discrimination at Universal Parks. Simply put: I use a motorized wheelchair because Im 100% disabled (per the US government) and Universal Parks insisted I use a push wheelchair instead. When my arms dont work. IBCCES knew that. Neither company has accepted responsibility for violating my rights under ***.
