    On January 21st, 2023, one of their employees **** ******** and another lady he was training approached my home with an offer for a ****** Home Security plan. On that day we were interested but we told him we would have to speak to my brother before we commit to anything. He told us it was fine and that if we wanted to cancel we can just call him within 3 days and he would cancel the contract for us and refund our money. ****** then charged my account $39.20 for the technician fee. When we proceeded to call my brother he told us we didn't want the service so the next day, January 22nd, 2023, we called him and told him we wanted to cancel. He then proceeded to attempt to give us a bunch of incentives to stay such as a month free and $30 off but we told him we just wanted to cancel. He told us okay and that he would send a technician out on Thursday to come to remove the equipment. Fast forward to Thursday no one ever came to remove anything and we decided to wait a few days just in case we thought they forgot. Fast forward to next Tuesday we called ****** customer service and told them everything and they attempted to get in contact with him but couldn't find him. I attempted to call and text him but he went completely ghost. 3 days later I called customer service again and he told me that **** said that I never called him to cancel which was a blanket lie. I attempted to call and text him he has never called me back and texted me back and the customer service people at ****** said if they can't confirm that I really attempted to cancel they would try to make me pay all the $2600 equipment in full which in fact **** said all the equipment was free which was also a lie. I attempted to contact ****** Inc through phone, email and even going to their office to resolve this issue but no one has ever got back to me. All I am asking for is to simply cancel the contract and return my money.
