      I have had 2 unfortunate instances where Vystar and or its credit entities will without warning block your credit card for what they believe is fraud without warning the customer. Customer finds out in most instances while either making a purchase and its declined or an automated payment is denied. They give you the run around blaming the bank and the bank blames the credit company gaslighting the entire time. Dont been there

      I want to rave on about an experience I've had with a *************, and all service personelat various Vystar locations in ************ and one ************ location.My story is I have a mental health diagnosis. It rears It's ugly head at times This past summer and fall were no exception. Even though we Mental health consumers come across as ""perfectly fine" mental health is a " real persons' " issue across the board. It doesn't discriminate on any level.We get sick of being harassed and treated like meandering or just plain ole "bums". I walked into a Vystar Credit Union on ********** in ************, ******* actually frightened to my core to ask for assistance with my newly opened checking and savings account. I was astonished and truly humbled at the willingness of a ************ to safely and patiently go over the mentally and emotional process of establishing safe passwords and even safer usernames....I *** eternally grateful to all the personel I have encountered at the various locations I have stopped in at.Thank you Vystar Credit Union for making a woman in a big city feel safe. I owe you so much.Thanks again. *************************

      VyStar embezzle ****** from my account at another bank after I had paid them in full 1 1/2 ago. VyStar used my account information to withdraw this monies, VyStar can not be trusted with your banking information. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK they will use your personal information to steal monies from your account after you have paid them off. I know I'm not the only one who has this problem........

      Hello my is *********************** l been banking at vystar for sometime and yesterday I walked into downtown branch it's beautiful it's hitting but it's downtown and your employee ********************************* cross ****** and a specialist that help me get my account back open ******************* I was so professionally dressed professionally spoke professionally it's just nice to see oh I forgot one more and I have it ******* oh my goodness thank you five star for hiring professional young people treated me very well thank you

      Worst web site for online banking, to slow, constantly take you out. i have been with Vystart for 10 years, but recently is terrible. looks like they do not care anymore.

      If I could give VyStar Credit Union zero stars I would. As most of you know recently they have intergrated a bot that puts holds on your accounts if your 1 day late on any payment to them, say for your car, credit card, line of credit etc, and freeze all your accounts. Since I have been with them for 20 years since **** and have had so many issues and problems that I am officially done with this credit union. For the last 2 months I have talked to them almost every day some days weeks later and when I do there is always some new charges and late fees added to my account. ********************** has caused nothing but stress and aggravation and has taken my piece of mind. Do not sign your kids up for accounts there, they will take advantage of them in more ways than 1. My accounts will be closed by the end of the month.

      CSR was extremely nice and helpful as we opened a new account. Today is two weeks since the account was opened and still have not received a debit card. I called the credit union and the card was never ordered. She did offer to order a card and have it expedited which should be 3-4 business days instead of the normal **** business days they tell you when you open an account. My previous ********************************************** have printed the card and gave it to you at the time you opened the account or when/if you needed a replacement . Definitely a negative for me.

      The experience with VyStar Credit Union has been the single most incompetent loan process I have ever seen!! Mind you I did loan processing in my previous life/career. To say the right hand isnt talking to the left is an understatement beyond embarrassing & pathetic !I will NEVER work with VyStar Again!! H O R R I B L E !!!!

      Vystar Credit Union, Assistant Manager, ***************************** is always friendly and ready to help when you enter the Vystar Eagle Harbor branch. We had an important issue arise, ******* went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us!!! AND, she followed up with us to let us know that it had been resolved. That is not something that you experience today. I would say that we need more managers like ******* in the customer service profession. THANK YOU *******!
