1 starWe signed up with ovation and never heard anything else from them until they sent the email about closing. They were happy to take 3 months of payments from ** without actually doing anything for us or reaching out to us again after the initial consult. We attempted to call but of course even before they officially closed no one would answer. It's frustrating that a company would sign up a new customer, take their money, not do what they said then close their doors.Review fromNancy L

Account was closed at the end of April and they said they will not charge me again but money has been pulled out from my account for **** and July when I did not ask for their services. When called today, they only left a message that theyre closing all accounts by the end of ****. Zero stars Received no updates after my initial payment of $124 then after no update for 2 months I got charged $124 again still no update from initial payment so I called and requested a refund 11 days ago and was told it would take 10 days to refund here I am 11 days later and now Im told that they do no refunds. I was specifically told I can give you my managers email but Im going to tell you now they are just not going to approve your refund. (Also some customer service they have). This is a scam and now all of a sudden they are not taking new clients seems suspicious to me and I will continue to post and demand for a refund this is cruel and unfair.Ovation Credit Services by LendingTree

If i could leave zero stars-i would!! This company does not have good business practices and they don't care about the consumer AT ALL! I didn't use their services once and when I called them to cancel 3 days later...they canceled immediately and ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to refund my $89 bbb.org should be ashamed for condoning these practicesOvation Credit Services by LendingTree

Ovation Credit has done incredible work on my credit reports since November 2022. I Had 9 accounts in collections and bad debt. All have been removed except for 4. My credit when I started with them was at 546. It is currently at 602 and climbing. I highly recommend their services. Over the top satisfied customerOvation Credit Services by LendingTree

These guys ask for a small price for the first month and then call it a start up fee, then charge you the full price for the first month as well as the 'start up fee.' which you don't find out until the bill is paid or you try to cancel.The only advice they can give you is to get a credit card. There you go. Now you don't have to deal with their shady business. Stay away.Ovation Credit Services by LendingTree

Sorry our billing was unclear. We discuss billing during sign-up at the time clients provide their credit card info and, to be sure our clients understand, we review billing again during the welcome call when new clients are speaking with their Case Advisor.
