      Never recieved my order and waiting on a refund. This company delivers for ****** Next, I ordered a treadmill and they rescheduled three times day of after I either sat at my house waiting on the delivery or had someone at my home waiting on the delivery. If this company is delivering for your cancel your order now and get your money back. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

      Dear BBB Representative,
      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. ******* complaint and sincerely apologize for the poor experience she had regarding the delivery of her treadmill. This situation is not reflective of the standards of service and professionalism we strive to uphold at Blue Streak Couriers.


      Ms. ******** delivery was unfortunately impacted by multiple operational delays, including a mechanical issue that affected our delivery vehicle. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have her delivery rescheduled multiple times, especially after making arrangements to be home. We recognize that we failed to meet her expectations, and for that, we are truly sorry.


      When Ms. ****** contacted us to cancel her order following the third rescheduling, our team promptly marked the order as Customer Cancelled and notified the shipper of the cancellation. While we do not handle the billing or refund process directly, we did immediately waive and refund any applicable delivery charges on our end to help facilitate a faster refund from the retailer. At this point, the shipper or the retailer (likely ****** or their third-party logistics partner) should be issuing the full refund for the order.


      We are continuing to work closely with our partners to ensure these situations are rare and that communication and reliability improve for future deliveries.


      Again, we extend our sincerest apologies to Ms. ******* We value her feedback, and while we regret the negative experience, we appreciate her bringing this to our attention so we can prevent similar issues going forward.

      Ordered an item from ***** nail with express shipping.
      I logged in to my email to find out the shipping information to see a company I've never seen before.
      I went to track the order said it was out for delivery on 1/4 by 5 pm as a next day service from the original company.
      Website says it had arrived at my address but was not delivered??
      5pm comes I call and speak to a gentleman who gives me a whole bunch of different story's. 1 being the driver doesn't have it. 2 it's on a different truck 3rd they are not delivering it today. 4th manager is looking for the item. 5th the driver is now at a funeral in a company truck???
      He gets frustrated that I call him on his lying and sends me to a manager who basically forced me off the phone with a she will personally call me since the manager is looking for the package t the warehouse. I call back speak with ***** who tells me to call her back at 8:30 I called her 4 times and no response. She told me the manager went back to work to find my package....
      Since 8:30 pm 1/4 I have called 17 times and the system forcing me to either leave a voice-mail or call back..
      As it stands the driver either stole it or he tossed it in the trash.

      This customer was being completely unreasonable last night. She refused to get off of the phone until we located her package.  Her package was lost last night.  Our driver marked "arrived" on his delivery app and then could not find the package.  This is what is "arrived" 

       

      We found the package this morning and sent a dedicated driver to get it delivered around 8:00 this morning. This is an economy delivery that we DO NOT charge a premium for, and it would normally have been delivered without incident on the correct day.

      Unfortunately, we had an error with this package, which happens on rare occasion.  We are sorry for this delay.  Please close-out this inquiry.
