      ****** knocked at my door. Wanted to examine my roof. Said needed replaced. They filed claim with my insurer. Inspector from ********** came out. Check issued. Gave to Mr. ******* ****** He cashed it and has never done my roof. Tried effortlessly to reach him. Guess he knew if he disappeared time would run out and he has made 15k for nothing. Meanwhile ********** has dropped me after insuring my home since being built in 1994. I am a senior citizen. I still work and I am devastated financially by this. Also need a new roof.

      My husband ******** ****** met ******* ***** of Azur 11 Services, Inc., on June 2022, *** ***** in speaking with my husband informed him he had roofing business, my husband trusting *** ***** invited him to are home *** ***** went up on the roof and inspected the structure, he made us aware of the damage he observed and asked if he could contract with us to do the repairs my husband agreed. On his second visit to the home *** ***** explained the process to my husband and he then asked for are insurance provider information once given to him we entered into a contract with Azur 11 Services for roof repair. Months went by and we didn’t hear from *** ***** so my husband tried reaching out to him no answer we thought the claim was denied. **** **** * ****** ***** with Twin Capital Roofing was inspecting roofs in my neighborhood I invited him in and explained the situation with the first roofing contractor Azur 11 Service. I proceeded to contract with his company because we still needed repairs to the roof, it was *** ***** who informed me that a claim was paid to ******* ***** of Azur 11 Services on **** *** ***** I was shocked by this information and then contacted my insurance provider Universal Property & Casualty and they verified that a check was mailed out for the amount of (********** *** ***** cashed the check without out are knowledge and forged my husband’s signature. As of ***** ** ****, are repairs have not been done, are insurance company is dropping us because we have not made the adequate repairs to the roof.
