    After renting a vehicle, and dropping my lifted ram at a place I thought was a 4x4 specialist, and them having my truck for over 24 hrs, I get my truck back with swaybar installed upside down, my rack and pinion that they and another company diagnosed as my swishing noise while steering, said it was slowed, was on my list texted to ***** he said it was solved, no, and now I'm having safety issues as my steering binds. Abs issue I was told was solved, no it was not. Then he says they forgot that and r and p issues, my lift was not torqued, THEN when I come back, he's screaming at me, THEN TOLD ME TO GET ON MY ******* KNEES AND SHOW HIM HOW MY SWAY SHOULD BE INSTALLED.

    TWICE I WAS TOLD THAT.

    I had sent pics of correctAND my incorrect, but he said he doesn't do pics.

    So I showed him.

    Said I was an *****, and that's how it was supposed to be becoming my lift.

    That's not how it was installed before, sir

    Wouldn't look at another lifted ram which had correctly installed Sway.

    I now have safety issues, already paid 100 to get Sway correct, gotta rent a vehicle again...

    Nightmare, totally screwed my truck up.

    Said employee got fired, but how is Radi running a mechanic shop with no knowledge of the vehicles and work he takes in

    He should be put on a broom in the back, talking to me the way he did.

    I have a witness, AND his apology in my text thread.

    The customer came in complaining about some issues he came in and ordered a rear sway bar and upon him coming in for the services to install the swaybar he asked us to check his vehicle. We inspected the vehicle seen that it needed hubs in the front and also rear brake pads for the rear and we also did an oil change and an alignment this customer would come up here with dogs in the back of his vehicle. We told him numerous times you cannot bring your vehicle with dogs in them especially being the pitbull breed for the safety of customers and my employees we could not allow animals in our lobby and as well as leave them in the vehicle while our technicians worked on them so he was instructed to go back and take the dogs home , now upon customer complaining to me about some issues that I would have taken care of myself and the customer refused us to do the warranty work and fix that the sway bar was installed upside down. I offered to give them a refund for the sway bar and take it off of his vehicle and give him a complete refund. He said no I said well I could flip it and fix it, and he also said no, he would not let us touch his vehicle . There’s nothing else that I can refund him other than what I already refunded him was for the alignment. I cannot take the oil back out of his vehicle and refund him for the oil change, and also refund him for the rear brake pads that we did, and his front wheel hub was completely deteriorated so for me to take that part off and refund him the money his vehicle will be in operable so I issued him a refund on whatever I could which was the alignment and everything else he refused to do so, and this customer left out of here at *** and angry because we couldn’t meet his desirable needs for his convenience and as well as for our convenience  If you have any questions or concerns, I can further explain better over the phone. We completely took everything into consideration and this customer was just blatantly outreach and no one could talk to him and yes, I told him to show me what the issue is and  I told him to get down and show me multiple times and I’m not sure what he’s talking about being extra verbally, abusive or cursing, but I couldn’t really get to words into the sentence without him, abruptly, interrupting me, and not being able to get what he wants he kind of threw like almost a temper tantrum, and I had to step away and I couldn’t deal with him anymore, but I offered him everything that I could and he refused

    I told the customer I would gladly refund him the money for the sway bar and take the sway bar off which he refused, and then I also offered him to adjust it and fix it at no additional charge, which he also refused. We did not check the rack and pinion or did the work on the rack and pinion that has nothing to do with us. He hast to get it fixed. If he wants to fix it, he can pay us to fix it or he can go somewhere else and have them pay to fix it. I offered him the cost of half of the U-Haul truck if he had to get a U-Haul truck for the day which he did not, therefore I did not pay him anything other than refunding him. The alignment that’s about the only thing that I can refund them that we did the work on everything else. There’s no way I can refund or take that back. I cannot drink the oil out of his truck and refund him the money for the oil nor can I take the hub assembly off and refund him the money for the hub assembly because I don’t have anything  back to put on there from the old part because they were so bad and of course the oil there’s nothing I can do about putting the old oil back in his vehicle and we did the rear brake pads. Other than that I don’t want anything and he doesn’t owe me anything I’m not gonna give him anything for free and I’m not gonna give him money that he doesn’t qualify to get money back other than the refund for the alignment that I’d gladly gave him money back for so I don’t know what his anglers or what he’s trying to accomplish, but I don’t know him Anything

    I am rejecting this response because: my angle lol.  I saw that, I'm done, I can eat the giant pain they caused, I'll still get my r and p done, I'll pay for a rental again, but every single 4x4 I see, will be informed that u install things wrong, then tell customers to "get on their ******* knees"
