      My grandchild was injured while attending this summer camp due to negligence and improper supervision.

      We take all concerns regarding the safety and well-being of children in our care very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to provide clarity regarding the incident mentioned.
      On the day in question, the child referenced in the complaint was playing under a table with another camper while gathering toys. During this time, he accidentally bumped his head. A staff member who witnessed the incident immediately checked on the child, asked if he was okay, and ensured that he was responsive and uninjured. The two children were then separated to prevent any further incidents.
      At the time of the incident, there was no visible injury no broken skin, bump, or scar noted. The child continued participating in camp activities without complaint or signs of discomfort. That same afternoon, his mother picked him up and did not report any concerns or mention any injuries.
      The following day, the childs grandmother called and stated that her grandson had a bump on his temple. She was informed of the prior days incident and advised that no bump or visible injury had been observed at the time. The conversation unfortunately became elevated, and the grandmother was uncommunicative and irate during the call.
      The child was enrolled in and attended our program for the full two weeks that were paid for. We remained committed to ensuring a safe and positive experience for him throughout his time with us.
      We understand that any concern about a childs safety is emotional and urgent for family members, and we strive to maintain open, respectful communication with all caregivers. We regret that this situation has caused concern and are always available to discuss any issues constructively.
