      I have reached out several times via the message portal (see attached screenshots) with NO response. However, I keep getting reminders sent to my portal about a $320.00 payment which I do not owe. The customer service does not EXIST! The preventative visit on 10/9 was covered 100% by the insurance. I have also included the insurance EOB and message with an Aetna representative. Visit: 10/9/2023 Billed: $215.00 Plan discount: $47.23 Paid by Insurance: $167.77 Owed by Patient: $0 The office visit on the same day was discounted by insurance to $71.30. Visit: 10/9/2023 Billed: $320.00 Plan discount: $248.70 Paid by Insurance: $0.00 Owed by Patient: $71.30 This bill should only be $71.30 total. Please correct this. Thanks, ******

      Baptist Heart Specialist has never sent me a **** to my home addess. Then I Get collection notices from ****************************** ***** in *******, ** who wanted to collect on past due bills. After reasearching the problem for hours, I found out that the Baptist Heart Specialist had my correct address BUT their ************ was senting the **** to ad addres I had not live in, in over 14 years. I''m sure they got those bills with wrong addess back and did nothing. Yes I'm seeking a Legal Representative.

      The resolution is in the Law, either drop the charges, or you must **** me at my correct address, allow 30 (Thirty days) to dispute. Since the collection company has the correct address all I can see is that this was done out of spite or an inept staff. Also the bills sent over the U.S. Mail and/or the internet, so if they want to communicate use the same means. The only thing The Baptist Heart Speclist has done is send me is a letter asking to call them verify my address(the I already gave them) and an other **** with a **************** name on it (not with the ********************** that I know of) with a Zero balance that I Do Not Trust since it doesn't say Clearly the balance is Zero and all collections will cease. They did not call me before sending **** to the collections agency, remember I'm sure they got back the bills as undeliverable with the wrong address and did nothing. Billing may have had the wrong address Baptist Health Center has the correct addess. Rememer I have not lived in Jacksonville in over 14(Fourteen) years and I never gave ********************* a Jacksonville addess that I do not have.
