  Recently purchased and returned some items from this company. I am due a refund as of 04/23/2025 in the amount of $30.90. I have called the customer service line and have spoke to 3 different people, including a supervisor about not receiving my refund amount. They insist that the money was refunded but my bank account does not reflect any refund or pending transactions as of todays date 05/08/2025. When I call to speak about this issue again, they gave me a reference number and said I should take this issue up with my bank. Clearly, this company never issued me a refund and is keeping my money.

  I have been buying my clothes from Venus for a few years, almost exclusively. I joined ********************************** and was very happy with it for the last 8 months. For some reason which is suspicious to me they claim my ****** credit card declined my payment in November and canceled my subscription on the 27th. The day before this I spent an hour submitting almost a $1000 worth of purchases for the 5% back and made 2 purchases on venus which would pay me back for shipping. I called customer service on the day I recieved the email Nov 27th to reinstate my subscription and they told me this is not possible and if I sign up again I will not be able to resubmit my previous purchases. I did not receive 1 email about payment being late or needed. This feels like a scam to me.

  Venus issued 3 credits to me and those amounts were given to me on 1/15/24. Two days later I tried to place an order and found these were invalid. These credit were due me because I had returned items and opted for a credit rather than a refund. Now I am being told I can't use them until an investigation is made. Venus is retaining customers money that is due them. Thisis highly unethical and deceitful business practice. Venus owes me around $130 and I want my money.

  This company started charging my credit card $18 per month without my knowledge, for some type of 'rewards program' that I didn't sign up for. I didn't notice until a few months had passed. I contacted the company directly and wasn't able to get a refund. I contacted my credit card, they originally refunded my for the charges, then somehow the charges came right back! This company is totally dishonest... just beware of strange charges on your credit card if you dare to do business with them!!

  I've ordered from Venus off and on for a few years. I find that some clothes are not put together right. I bought a off the shoulder shirt. But then when I raised my arms, my whole shirt came up. Other things like the buttonholes don't line up with the buttons also there's a lot of threads loose .

  Cheap, chintzy ******* clothing marked up with no regard to the safety of their customers. I had a bad chemical burn that caused permanent scarring by wearing their clothing dyed or sprayed with toxic chemicals like formaldehyde. Company response is have your attorney send them a letter and theyll forward it to their legal team and they will cease all communication. They got their money and thats all they care about. Sad thing is it was probably made by child slave labor in a third world country. Next time, Ill pay more for made in *** cotton clothing.

  This was my first time ordering.Misinformed about return policy. My dresses were of poor quality. Fabric was very thin and off in color. Also sizes run way too large, leaving the customer having to make returns.. they should say items not true to size! I am disappointed with my first experience.

  Your orders take forever if the item is not available they will not tell you unless you check your history they claim they already given you a refund Ive ordered one item 3 times and still havent got it when they said it was available I dont think Im gonna order anything from them because they never can give me the right answer they tell me its a different price and I have to pay shipping and would have it this is ridiculous I dont know whats going on with Venus but its never been this bad Im scared to order through PayPal or my MasterCard I dont trust them
