Purchased a vehicle via auction from Wholesale 360 but have not been able to get the Title of the property to facilitate registration and title changes for the location of the vehicle which is now in *******. Legally in ******* we can not drive the vehicle as is without title and registration. The actual cash was wired on May 30th 2025 and we have yet to hear any updates. Wholesale 360 is denying us the fair opportunity to use or sell the property because they never had the actual title and still do not have access to the title. My wife has tried to reach out to the company but they only reply that it takes 1 to 3 weeks. The lack of communication and lack of honesty on how they are selling vehicles without titles make it impossible as a buyer to know that you can not sell the vehicle or complete any future transaction. Our next step is to turn this over to our lawyer to deal with because this type of selling is nothing short of fraud.Business Response

Totally misrepresented item selling. Description of item is not correct. Item has 2 engines, 1 is locked up and will not operate, run, or turn over. Steering is frozen / rusted solid. Will not steer. Seller claims it runs and operates as it should.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
The ad on ******** I have attached, the video I have attached of him describing the boat and him telling me over the phone that the boat and trailer was good operating condition. The attachments I signed were before I saw the boat but after he assured me of the condition and condition report on ********. Watch the video of him stating the he will have a service ticket opened, new batteries installed and be ready to rock and roll. Starboard side engine is locked up and will not turn over. Steering is rusted solid and will not function. Batteries are dead and will not charge. 2 tires on the trailer were bad and had to be replaced. I also still do not have a title and the ad shows that it comes with a title. Look at the links below and make your own decision about the claim.

I am new to ******** and did not know I could reject item and after I found that out it was too late and there looks to also be a fee for a rejection if I am reading it correctly. I also tried to contact the seller multiple times at the location of pickup which was not at dealership but 3 hours away without any response . I had driven 1500 miles to pick this up and had limited resources to the seller and ********. I look back now and realize I should have done things differently but was under duress and did not know what to do. The item was misrepresented and he took advantage of the situation knowing I was new to ********* 1500 miles away and once the payment was made all communication from him was impossible. I feel if he was a creditable dealership / person that things should be made right. I signed the as is papers on his work the unit was in good operating condition and he knew I had not seen or inspected item. Josh, do the right thing! Thanks for your time.Initial Complaint

On January 11, 2025 I bid on a vehicle with my entry bid of $2025. On January 15, 2025 I was the winner of a 2018 ******** ** **. The listing had 2 pictures one of the engine oil light on and tire pressure light on. In the body of the description it also mentioned engine repair needed referring back to that engine oil picture. The listing also stated that they test drive the vehicle, the vehicle has clean title and it runs and drives. However, Wholesale 360 knowingly withheld vital information concerning the vehicle which led customers to bid up the price. I believe this is a Salvage vehicle and it cannot be driven. I had this vehicle shipped to me. I received the vehicle on Thursday January 23rd with the gas tank on empty. I drove to the gas station 3 minutes away from my home to fill the tank. The vehicle makes very loud noise when start and driving, which this company failed to report. After getting the gasoline, as soon as I pull out the gas station, there was a pop up on the dashboard in red that stated “ LOW OIL PRESSURE WARNING…STOP”. This picture was not listed, otherwise I would never bid on this vehicle. I decided to drive the vehicle to Walmart so they could perform an oil change. The vehicle was so loud and 10 minute drive was one of the scariest. I thought the vehicle was going to stall in the middle of traffic because it wasn’t recognizing the key. Made it to Walmart all shook up and explained to the Technician what was going on. He checked the oil and the oil was perfect. He brought over another gentleman who look at the oil and the dashboard and said the vehicle was done. I was told the vehicle was unsafe to drive and that I needed to take it to another repair shop. I paid $180 for a diagnostic and was told that the Timing Chain is out and the repair would cost over $6000. I also contacted Infiniti and was told to have them look at it. That’s when I learned that it’s not the original key. Key is not cut etc.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: Wholesale 360 intentionally withhold pictures that cause customers to bid up the price on a Salvage vehicle. This company claimed they test drive the vehicle. They failed to mention or put up the picture that immediately comes on the dashboard that states "Low Oil Pressure Warning...STOP" in RED. They listed that this vehicle has a "Clean" Title which is clearly not the case because the vehicle does NOT run or drive as they indicated in their vehicle description. This company use misleading and deceptive business practices to sell the vehicle to "Out of Town Buyers" such as myself by NOT listing accurate information in their description and not listing "Low Oil Pressure Warning...STOP" picture that popped up on the dashboard in red. An Auto repair shop stated to me that this vehicle is UNSAFE to drive so it has been parked since it was shipped to me. I was also told that the vehicle Title was be ***** to me...to date I still have not receive the "Clean Title for this vehicle. Also if it wasn't for me reaching out The Better Business Bureau I wouldn't have the Seller's Signature on the Sales Contract. The Contract that was sent over only had my signature.
I did not know I was doing business with Wholesale 360 until after I won the auction. Their name was not listed anywhere on allsurplus.com website. Wholesale 360 is TERRIBLE and does not even have a website as listed on their documents. They have done similar deceptiveness to other customers as listed in my uploaded picture. The point is, I have been purchasing vehicles Out for State for the last 8 years and I have NEVER ran into this issue. Every companies I have previously worked with have always listed detailed listings so customer all over the country know EXACTLY what they are bidding on since the auctions are online. This company withheld a vital picture that came up on the dashboard in Bright red that said "Low Oil Pressure Warning...STOP". If this picture was listed, I would have known that there was something SERIOUSLY wrong with vehicle and I would never continued to bid.
This company also failed to mentioned the loud noise from the engine and also that the vehicle does NOT recognized the key because the key is NOT the original key *** that is not cut. Therefore, the key does not open the door when the car is locked. Pictures are attached.

I bought a car from wholesale 360 LLC run by ****** ****. First of all, I was assured that the vehicle was in excellent working condition. I took it for a test drive and found nothing wrong with it myself. Let me just say that the car didnt even make it home! I was broke down on the side of the road. Fortunately, my cousin is a mechanic, and I had the car towed to his shop. He found that there was something wrong with the fuel injection, which means they mustve done something right before I went for a test drive to make sure that it would crank for me. Also, there were several holes causing great oil leak under the car. Finally, there was a shorted out wire from the fuse connected in the engine that was heating up and couldve caught on fire. Fortunately, it didnt and my cousin caught it. After being in the shop for a month, I go to get a tag because the temporary one is about to run out. I tried to get a second tag from **** **** so that I could just drive the car home. The number for the business just goes to an answering machine but no one ever picks up or calls you back. I decided just to go to the *** and see if I could get the tag without having the car in my possession yet. She brought up the *** and said that they had never transferred the title. so now, it looks like the car is not even in my name and yet I cant get anyone to answer the telephone for the shop.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22415088. I am dismayed that the owner Josh Downing lied to you, saying that he had no knowledge of which vehicle was being discussed. He was in contact by cell phone with a friend of a friend and knew that it was me. With that said, I would like to close out this complaint, because the company wholesale 360 has upheld their end of the deal and processed the tag title and registration. On April 18, 2024 I purchased a used vehicle from wholesale 360 and I was told that there were only two things wrong with that vehicle. I bought it on good faith that there was nothing else wrong with it. I drove it for five days and come to find out they had cleared every single one of the engine codes only for me to find out that I am unable to drive my vehicle because it is not safe. The brakes can give out at any time. I also found out that there is a multitude of other issues with the vehicle, including engine problems, transmission problems, and electrical problems. I spoke to the Chevrolet dealership today and it will cost an excess of $2000 just to get it drivable and safe. They blatantly lied and I dont think thats right personally I would like for them to take their vehicle back and give me my money back, but I know thats not gonna happen. I just wanted someone to be aware of their underhanded business practices.Business Response

We have a complete deal pack outlining the AS is portion of buying a car for 4k. In no way shape or form was this not signed. So if you need me to send you the paperwork that is as is I can clearly do so and the customer knew it had issues and would need some work.
This complaint is not applicable at all. Its like buying something used and complaining its not new.
