We were up under by different communication service.The owner of that communication service passed away. After that, REMOVEDtook over, he said he will Stay with the services that were provided, but he lied.
He stunned three of the radios that I Have?
Only one radio which was the 1 I use all the time, a portable radio and a mobile radio after after i talk to his director. And asked if they would release my radios because they were going to a different service and will no longer be using the motorola radios, And I told him that I was up under Another company of communication service he Got upset and stunned the only radio that was working now. All 6 of my radios are stunned. I need my radios to be release so I can go to a different communication service. I need them to be release ASAP.Business Response

This is the only email that I received from him. For the March invoice and I received it April 2nd 2024. I also have the phone call recorded when he agreed to accept the two hundred dollar payment with him saying he has no problem with releasing my radios. This is the only email.I received about an invoice.I don't know where that invoice he sent you came from. I also attach the phone call with him. Agreeing to release the radios with me. Paying him the $200 for the email. He sent to me for a $277 invoice bill which is attached.Business Response

I REMOVEDwork for a security company and paid for a service for a central dispatch and my guys and me have had situations where we couldn't get anyone to answer the radio in dire need and I want either my bill to be forgiven or money returned and for my radio to be turned over to me so I can go to another dispatch its crazy that nobody can answer the radio when we need them we have to call or do it our selfs we could have lost a few guys this past weekendBusiness Response

Mr. REMOVEDwas a customer of my communications company and has been current in payments until REMOVEDof REMOVED. The invoices from REMOVEDof REMOVEDuntil December of REMOVEDwere forgiven as an act of good faith on behalf of MAPERN Communications. THE REMAINING BALANCE WAS DELINQUANT, HOWEVER WAS RECENTLY PAID AND THE CUSTOMERS RADIO WAS SUBSEQUENTLY RELEASED AT HIS REQUEST. I have made it clear to all the customers with MAPERN Communications that I have no problem with releasing their radios if they own them from my platform, however all REMOVEDinvoices must be paid in full prior to the radios being released. The SRT Customers on my platform were upset due to the employment termination of their “favorite dispatcher” for policy violations. The customers continued to use our services over the aforementioned time frame regularly despite being delinquent in payments and had never expressed any concern until the recent events and the interruption of services for nonpayment. I am willing to cooperate with your investigation into this complaint and am willing to answer any questions or provide ant requested documents you require.

To whom this may concern,
I have been a dispatcher for M.A.P.E.R.N. for a while and now very familiar with Mr. * REMOVEDI have been the dispatcher many times. They have been on our radios before I came on to the company and they use our radio services daily. I have personally spoken with Mr. REMOVEDabout his radios and that in order for us to release any radios he needed to pay his invoice for the services rendered. As of recently he has told me he was not paying his invoice and I personally sent him a copy of the delinquent invoice. On multiple occasions I have heard multiple of their officers come across the radio stating they would be doing their own dispatching when they found out a particular dispatcher was not going to be working that they would just do dispatching themselves. We have had some issues with particular officers playing around over the radio which as a result cuts others off if they key up and have been asked to please take it to their private channel in return they get upset and don’t do it. We have had to speak to them on numerous occasions for talking to the dispatchers rudely and for talking to where we couldn’t understand them because they thought it was funny. I will gladly answer any questions or provide any other information you may have about false accusations that are being made about the company. It started after they claimed their favorite dispatcher was let go from the company.

REMOVEDis to provide a REMOVEDhour dispatch service to Armed security officers out in the field. They are putting Officers life in danger when we need help they dont answer the radio in an emergency situation. The owner gets upset and tuREMOVEDs our radios off when we make a complaint about the dispatchers and some dispatchers have said they have not been properly trained. Security officers are tired of paying for the dispatch services and not getting what we pay for the dispatch Services are over REMOVEDa month and officers want their radios released so they can move to another dispatch company and the owner doesn't want to release officers radios which we own and paid for and we no longer have contracts with REMOVEDBusiness Response

I would like to have my portable and mobile radio released, REMOVEDso I speak of the other units of getting their radios released. There are no contracts with him . It has been a major issue using this dispatch services . The outrages unacceptable bills and this disruption and disrespect they give to there clients. We have issues with the dispatchers not responding when an officer needs help and I fear for my life on using this service knowing that when they do not answer I will have no help .
