    4-1-25 "KMS Systems" resided our home with "***** ****** Siding". From the Proposal, Expertise Workmanship, Ordereing the Dumpster, & ************** ********** ************** Team" were "Fantastic"!! I would "Highly Recommend" "KMS Systems" to anyone know!!

    Several years ago, we used Kevin to change our screened in porch into a sun room with a sliding glass door and 5 large windows. We were extremely pleased with the results, so we contracted with him again to build a roof over our 16’ by 16’ deck that is attached to the sun room. Again, we are extremely pleased with the results. Very professional.

    KMS installed *********************** siding and windows. From our first conversation, I was impressed with level of professionalism. ***** provided us a very detailed quote and kept us apprised of the progress to the property. This is currently a rental but plan on returning. The workmanship is excellent and the one area of concern we had; it was quickly addressed. This was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend KMS.

    KMS built me an awesome patio cover, despite setbacks in city permitting -- that even required a new survey be taken -- they patiently assisted in every step of the process. And The end result is fantastic!
