If I could give them a zero rating I would. I called Bathfitter on 12/5/23 to have a toilet paper holder replaced because the original that Bathfitter installed fell off the wall, along with the replacement I ordered a white grab bar to be installed in a smaller bathroom that Bathfitter did not do remodeling, they only stalled the toilet paper hold, sink and vanity. Bathfitter set up an appointment for 12/11/23. I got a text msg on 12/8/23 reminding me of my appointment on 12/11/23. On 12/8/23 I called Bathfitter to ask for a 2nd grab bar, Bathfitter **** ******* explained that they did not have my order for the white grab bar, and Bathfitter cannot replace the toilet paper holder that they installed, because they did not remodel the entire bathroom. If they are coming to my home on 12/11/23 and they can't replace the toilet paper holder, they do not have the white grab bar, why are they coming, to tell me they can't do the job. ******* further explained that they had no record of the grab bar installed in the master bathroom that they remodeled. This was a waste of time; I could have hired another company to fix the toilet paper holder if the original Bathfitter rep would have said that Bathfitter could not do the job. I probably will not get this job done until after the holidays. Shame on you Bathfitter, you do not care about your customers once we are sucked into your commercials where staff pretend to respect your customers.
