      Spare yourself and dont do business with this company. My original finance company transferred quite a few peoples accounts to this company in the beginning of 2023. So Im being forced to deal with them.Nobody has their c*** together here. When I call the customer service line I have to be transferred to 17 different people to do one simple thing. Not to mention you have the representatives taking multiple calls at one time so the person Im speaking to isnt actually listening to anything that Im saying because shes trying to multitask on the phone with another person. Ive been getting phone calls every day from ******** since February for no reason whatsoever Ive been making payments so Theres no reason to call me every day for the last couple months. SPARE YOURSELF AND DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

      Probably the worst company I have ever delt with! I currently have a car through them and made my first payment. well a week after my first payment they ran a payment twice? When I called they said they came back NSF even though the car payment is drafted out of my bank account. Then they have the most ghetto and unprofessional woman, ******************************* call me and harrass and threaten me despite me having solid proof of my payment. That woman needs to lose her job for threatening customers the way she does. I ended up paying the extra money she was scamming me for because I did not want my car taken. That being said now I have proof of my first payment asnd the second random charge and will be filing a lawsuit against them after I pay my car off because there is no telling how many more times they will do that. Point is, WAlk before you get any loan through them bcs ******************************* will throw in extra payments and try to s**** you over while talking to you ghetto and making threats. 10/10 do not recommend

      These guys are garbage,I paid my loan on time for 3 years then my wife passed away, leaving me with one income,the management told me to make one payment and they would defer the other 2 payment,I made the payment then instead of honor what they said they repoed my car anyway 2 year later they sued me and won in court and put a lien on my house over **** dollars because they lie and are garbage stay away

      Was Anybody Able To Get Out Of The situation With Us Auto Credit ? My Boyfriend is with them and they keep saying hes behind on his payments & keep asking for money & if he doesnt pay they turn his car off , we truly believe hes caught up by now , they told him he had an extension and didnt have to pay till March 23rd but then called yesterday and said he didnt get approved and cut his car off , can they do that & how can we get out of this situation, PLEASE HELP ??

      Awful awful awful!! These guys took over my loan and it was fine for about two months until my online account became inaccessible. I've been reaching out to them for three months to recover it. The tech help email does not work and you will never get a response, I emailed three times. The customer service is either completely unhelpful or gives false hope, one girl said she couldn't help me get access and I had to wait for the support team to email me back. The next girl told me she could help me reset my password but I never received the email to do so. Everytime I call them another piece of my information is magically incorrect first it was my email and they said it'd take ********************************************************** access, didn't help. And then my social was incorrect! They are doing something shady and I hate that I can't do anything to at least view my remaining debt

      My car loan was taken over by this horrible company. Ive never received any paperwork or documentation from us auto. The only reason I know I owe them is because my old company told me. Its only been two weeks and *** made both payments on time but yet they still call and harass me telling me they need payment even tho I have receipts from them. They are a JOKE and I HATE that I am forced to deal with them.

      My daughter car loan was taken by them from Zoom city which if fraud so therefore I don't trust Us Auto cause she was never given receipts or told what the balance is as of today.

      They have disrespectful management, inexperienced customer service. Do not keep your loans here, they won't help you in difficult situations they will harass you for payment and forced to repossessions. The management will get very very intimating and make you feel low. Its ashamed to be in a business where you can go thru the same issues as customer's.

      do not apply to this company they will treat you so nice at first than they turn around and treat you like you ain't there. they hire and fire people really quick, everything they say to you when you do training with them and turn around and change everything, they play favoritism. this company is the worst to work for and the worst to deal with for your loans zero rating for this company
