I wrote some of the problems in the explanation box. I NEED 2 take a break from this NEGATIVE stuff. I can't shower enough 2 get the BIO-HAZARD STINCH off of me. I taste this stuff. My head hurts & my nose is bleeding again. I'm itching! Sundance Pointe told my case managers and advocates that this apartment was being completely flipped. They are so DISHONEST & MISLEADING. From far beneath the smelly unsanitary carpet up this is NASTY! The refrigerator just scared me again. It's falling apart, it's so GROSS (u can c layers of goo/paint tring to disguise the filthy handles), it sounds like n engine blowing up n an old truck every few minutes. Worse at night because when sleep, which is rare, it sounds like someone is breaking n. The tub is peeling so bad because it was NOT professionally done. I don't have much n here. What's here smells bad. All my freshly washed/new clothes smell like unclean/infected animals. The bugs won't leave me alone. "Neighbors" leaning on my car, using trunk as dinner table/leaving food/cake icing. 1 "neighbor" said it's OK 2 do because he's "nice". I politely disagreed. I knew more problems were happening. Now someone keeps putting some thick white stuff across handles/on car. No respect. The folding doors r so n NASTY. They NEED to be replaced. Roaches. Animal/human bodily fluids/poop STINCH everywhere. Sockets on patio not work. Ancient heat unit NOT work. They knew the problems n this unit. Roaches crawling around n breezeway outdoors. The folks upstairs NEED to STOP pouring HOT SMELLY cooking grease & trash down here on both ends of breezeway. They are at my door/patio NEEDS 2 b power washed. Obviously the other folks r happy w/the filth. I am NOT. They leave piles of dog poop, dropped cake, chunks of spit... Once hotdogs & buns w/ketchup at my door. I couldn't leave my apartment w/out using the door 2 move it & clean it up. I am NOT here 2 clean behind selfish people, waste my resources/products/energy/time doing Sundance Pointe's job
