    I moved out of Southside Commons in February 2024. I've been in contact with the property manager via email for months disputing the amount I would be receiving. Due to our disagreement, I was instructed to contact the corporate office. I contacted *********** via email and left countless messages with the front office. The front office said the issue was forwarded to the Florida supervisor, property manager, manager of the company, and financial department. No one has made an effort to contact me. Now, I clearly see I have reached a dead end. This issue is long overdue for a resolution and I hope it can be resolve soon.

    August 17th 2023 I called the office complaint about my AC unit has went out no one has contacted me or respond to me I am a disabled person I can't open any Windows because there is no screen and none of the windows

    I applied to ********* ******* around August I receive my denial letter August 22 of 2022. I was told that I will receive my $300 administration fee. Check returned within 45 days of the denial. So around the end of September is when I decided to reach out to the office regarding the refund check . I was told by ******** that the check is still in the mail and that another week or so to wait which I eventually did. October 11 I emailed ******** because I still haven’t received the refund check then mysteriously the check had came and had cashed and everything by supposedly me in there system. Which I contacted them before and it showed nothing. ******** explain the check was received around September 12th Which then she send me a copy of the check and told me to go to ***** **** for them to track it. So then we go back-and-forth in the next couple of days maybe a week about the ***** **** situation and that they are contacting their bank to issue me the check out again and I haven’t received nor have I Heard anything from them since then and it is now February 1, 2023. I would just like my check and the company look into due to the fact that there’s more cases and complaints of the same issue.

    I gave this apartment company $350 for a apartment they guaranteed Unit 93, and was approved for apartment and then was unapproved due to a rent hike, I requested my money back and was told it takes 30 to 35 days it's been 3 months with no call back at all. I don't know what happened in their company with the team who I dealt with. I just want my money and they can keep they stories as a tip to be a better company people are paying their rent but this company can't give back to future residents who was trying to get a place. Why take people money and have trouble giving it back is my problem! This a new way to gain money along with bad reviews I want my money !!!
