              This details involves the continuous plumbing problems in our Unit 1901. Since moving in ,April 2021 there has been a total of 8 plumbing issue, 5 of them include my apartment being flooded. There has been no major attempt to resolve the severely old plumbing system. After submitting a maintenance request, we were told that we needed to "Swim in the sewage filled bathtub". This continuous plumbing issue is Unsafe, unsanitary and uninhabitable . Each time a plumbing company contracted with the apartment ,comes out and does the minimum job to resolve ,but no long term resolutions have been spoke about. I have to spend money out of my pocket to place me and my children in a hotel, due to them having to rip out all carpet and add fans. I have pictures from other plumbing issues like leaks from the apartments above. This unit in no longer inhabitable!.
