      After paying yrs for their services my yard is full of weeds and dead patches…tried to talk with someone in authority …was told several times I would get call back…never did (throughout the past months I have repeatedly spoke with tec treating yard about my yard getting worse and worse…he said he’d take care of it…did nothing different to stop situation from continuing and getting worse)
      Why no return call…let alone anyone answering phone able to give Any help
      I had a new home built and a beautiful yard of sod…believed these people when they told my they would keep my yard healthy and weed free…far from their truth!!!!

      I am sorry to hear that you think we have not been attentive to your concerns, however, the owner of the company has visited your home several times to address those concerns. The first time, nobody was home but a complimentary treatment was done to address the issue and then an email sent to you to explain the issue and the treatment. During the second visit, the owner met with your wife and walked the property. Again, the issues of concern were addressed with the necessary treatment of the weeds and sedges. We prefer to make in person visits to address the issues instead of just making a phone call. We also send notification emails after every regular service and service call to bring your attention to any issues that we need you to address such as drought stress or improper irrigation coverage. Issues of drought/heat stress were specifically noted with your June 2024 service. This is what led to damage and eventual chinch bug activity in the lawn which was also treated for and corrected as part of your treatment agreement. I hope this addresses your concerns.

      Turf Tactics has been doing my lawn for 10 years. They are by far the best out there, both Jason & Kip have done a great job on my lawn.
