- All returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges require prior authorization, and must be authorized by Dental Equipment Liquidators, Inc. within 5 business days of date received by the customer.
All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Electrical items, upholstery items and special orders are not refundable.
Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
