    We engaged this company to move us from Lecanto to Virginia. The first man came out and gave us a quote after looking at everything we had. About a week later a second man came out and told us the first man head underestimated what we had to move, and despite the fact that we had sold much of what we had shown the first man the second reviewer did not take that into account in any significant way. We requested a legible inventory of everything that they promised to move and we never got one. We were told that “95% of all people don’t have an email so they didn’t bother to send one. “ Because of that quite a few things that we were promised, they would move they were now saying they were not on the list. I requested the first man come out so we could discuss the matter and he was too busy to accommodate us. Because I was upset and tried to talk with the office manager regarding the situation. She called me back six days before our move and said they decided not to move us. I believe they acted in a very unprofessional manner. We are senior citizens, and have been working very diligently and hard to pack up this house and trusted that this company would do the moving for us. We have engaged another company who seem to be more ethical. I have a hard time giving them even one star but since that’s my only option that’s what I’ve given them , my only advice is if you decide to engage this company to move you, I would make sure you strongly request an itemized inventory of what they are going to move.
