    Good morning,Due to hurricane ***, both my wifes car and my van were submerged in salt water from the storm surge. We lost a lot of personal items from our home as well. Both vehicles are in the process of being totaled. I went to the Miami area to buy two vehicles. One for her, one for me from Lorenzo Ford in ********* *******. My salesman and I test drove both vehicles, and I decided to purchase both. I was driving a Uhaul truck for days because I had to work. So I was definitely ready to buy, due to the high cost rental of the 24 ft Uhaul. After my salesman and I worked out the price that I agreed on, I proceeded to the finance *****************. Unfortunately I was exhausted and he knew this. He had me sign and initial some documents, that I did not read. My mistake. I thought since the salesman and I agreed upon the price, I didnt have to double check ****** work. I trusted him. Big mistake. He overcharged me on both vehicles, plus added a $6,000 plus service contract that I was not aware of, nor did he tell me about it. I have a mechanic in Key West that works on my van, so I wouldnt have purchased that. ***** had me sign several blank pages on an electronic signature machine. I thought it was legit, so I did it.We have suffered a great deal from the hurricane, and this is bad business because he knew I was in a bind and took advantage of the situation. The following day we reviewed the price of the vehicles. I called Lorenzo Ford that day, and spoke with the salesman who agreed that the vehicles were overcharged and he would look into it. Then I went in the next day to see the sales manager to discuss this, and he refused to come out of his office to talk to me. The van side door also doesnt work, but they really dont care about this either. 2020 ***** Civic Sport was to be 27 K minus 1k discount. Paperwork shows 15k down, finance 20k.2020 **** Transit 250 was to be 47k minus 1k discount. Paperwork shows 15k down, 44k financed.

    This is the 2Nd time Im submitting complaint. Lorenzo Ford is a disgrace as a Business. Reading current complaints-Nothing has changed since I was ripped off Down Payment of $6000.00 in 2020.October 30 2019 went to buy a 2019 **** Mustang 4 Cyl Premium, I Was promised by loan manager,, deal was approved by General Manager, stating that loan will be placed W FLOOR PLAN LENDER, I put $6000.00 Down, car was priced at Aprox $30,000.00 -Discount from $38465.00. They put on a overpriced fraudulent extended Warranty ($2400, Aprox) by using the Interest Rate Game - , I heard nothing from LORENZO FORD, till first of January 2020, Ive bought dozens of *********** loan payment invoice often takes 45 days rarely more- However I receive a call, ( I emailed finance guy Nov 27 no response) stating that they needed to place loan to another bank Lies , when I finally find loan guy on 2Nd visit-States: 1: Have to put 2X down $15,000 2: Get a co-signer, I reminded him that GM stated ( I over heard call outside room) loan is to be placed W Dealer Floor Plan- I told him its outrageous. Im unable to get co-signer- Ask me to return Auto, on my way to return, a sarcastic loan GM stated, (after promising to have $6000 CK waiting/2Pm) U owe 3 payments + miles- contrary contact, I told him- U promised CK ready at 2Pm its now 7PM - It became obvious they wanted to steal $6000 Down, from the beginning. Was so angry, it would have been unwise to go to dealer. He said I would get a We Owe You paper,- definition = We have your ********** ours now. When I finally contact GM, via an Image Manager email he stated: I owe for **** miles driven: Its ODO FRAUD as I got Demo W **** miles, He said it in writing, Also lied, I have booth keys & had 2 pay locksmith given 1 key-BBB did little apart from sending notice- I offered detailed info & files & received cold shoulder Its sad Lorenzo is still ***************** cares-Not even **** Motor CO

    I have purchase a 2022 ****** Tundra . I have been charged twice for a gap insurance instead of transferring the 1 gap insurance over. I was told by my sales rep that I would get the first one refunded. Now my rep is not returning my emails , text and calls . I have paid twice for sales tax , dealer fees and gap Insurance. I was told that I would get back the gap insurance but never happened.

    Knowingly sold a vehicle that was in a "Stop Sale Recall" status, Lied continually about making it right, but seems they all recognize what they did and are just blowing me off and refuse to give my car back and take broken down 2022 piece of junk back when lemon laws alone should protect my family.Unable to communicate, have asked for owner several times. Can't speak to anyone that is capable of resolving and following through with "Making it Right" for selling a lemon vehicle and knowingly sold it, i believe because i was out of town and they planned this conduct from the beginning.Can't register vehicle because improper and most likely illegal sale. ******* to use FL address of relative now have expired temp tags and a paper weight in my yard.Have asked multiple times for my car back, told three different stores about how car was sold, then they bought it back, then they got it back from auction. They supposedly have my car and are going to return it but have since broken off communication. At this point i believe they would say anything just to pacify me and draw out the timeline to better position themselves.This organization lied continually and conducted themselves with low ethics.My car was brought in for repairs and was in the grift from then on. Couldn't get parts, high charges to repair.Insist i bring car back to them when car doesn't run correctly and have passivized me by saying they would return my vehicle and "Make things right"After getting Manager involved "JT or JD"? I was told he was sending my car back (After calling ****** Corporate x 2 now) and it would be taken care of the following week because they were too busy at the EOM.No communication other than a text message from "JT" about being in a meeting and would get back to me. That was weeks ago.Nothing further from ****** and all attempts to communicate have failed.

    On 6/25/22 I went to Lorenzo Ford in Homestead before lease contract exp. on the 30th. (2018 **** EcoSport) . I had the worst experience with Finance Dep. since the financier *********************************** was disrespectful and unprofessional. The salesperson and I agreed on a price according to **** Credit info to purchase car at the end of lease. I kindly asked financier to contact **** Credit for interest rate, due to relationship of 6 years. He said no and went to another financial institution offering 9% as a "standard rate". I refused to take the deal; he got very angry and violently hit the table when I tried to retrieve a document with wrong numbers he wanted me to sign. I asked him to refrain from violent behavior and asked the presence of a manager. The manager never came but the salesperson returned to help. **** Credit gave better interest rate at 6.4% for financing the commercial vehicle. I was never told that a new tag may be required due to change of ownership, from leasing to buying the same car, nor I was given a quote for the price of a new tag and registration. On 6/28/22, we only renewed car registration online since tag was valid. On 6/30/22, we received a card from Lorenzo Ford asking us to pickup a new tag and registration for the vehicle and pay a fee of $213.85 for that matter. For 2 consecutive days, 8/1/22 and 8/2/22 I called Lorenzo Ford at ************ to speak with the financier *********************************** (ext. ****) and to the Head of the Finance, ******************************* (ext. ****). None returned my calls. I also sent online comment to FLHSMV (conf. # *******) on 8/2/22 requesting assistance with the duplication of the car tag and registration. I also called them in several occasions but no response yet. Today we got new tag and regist. at Lorenzo Ford and the cashier tried to charge almost $250; which was more than established in the card. She said Finance was doing that and she didn't know why. We believe that as very wrong. We are customers for 6 yrs.

    I bought a vehicle and ***** mins later after leaving the lot the check engine light turned on and the truck started a miss fire. I took the vehicle the next day and they dont want to fix it so I want my money back and loan canceled
