    KEY-TECH DESIGN-BUILD GROUP, INC. || Universal Group || **** Lazicri || was/were hired since early 2024 by ******* ******* to do necessary building renovations and submit a master permit in compliance with the county and city thereof. The business practices exercised by this company have been deceptive as to date, none of the work this company was hired for has been formally completed. This has cost ******* ********* company internal losses in the form of interior fixes without this company assuming responsibility for its shoddy work (i.e. roof leaks, fire compliance, window leaks, concrete cracking, fine penalties, etc). They are also unresponsive and require a lot of follow up only to receive mediocre status updates from their staff, advising they will talk to another team member of theirs internally and call back. yet they never do. As we stand, the master permit is at a stand still since no formal update has been provided on it since May (114 days ago) nor an alleged meeting this company held with the city on July 9th (64 days following up with this status request). ******** company has had to pay extension fines and fees due to this company's negligence, which they also fail to assume responsibility for.For the last 114 days we've been getting told that **** ******** (their lead engineer) will follow up with ****** (their MEP leader). That status update has not changed since May 2025 nor when a revision to the master permit was first submitted at the end of 2024 (9 months ago now). None of the reasons for the city/county's kickback have been formally addressed by this company.We have communication trail of all of our attempts to acquire status dating back to October 2024 in the form of group text message, what's app and email threads proving all of the above stated.We also have a log of all the hours this company has "truly" operated on the job and all of the expenses incurred by our own ******* this time we urge for external assistance.
