    I ordered a truck grill for my Toyota Tacoma on September 26, 2023. Was told that there was a 6 to 8 week lead time and that’s when I would receive my grill. Fast forward to December I was told that he was shut down and I would be getting a refund by February. That’s not the case, I was told I would receive my money in full by April 15. He’s not replying to emails, phone calls, or Instagram business chats, but he is active on the platform and is ignoring me. He keeps giving me the runaround instead of refunding me.

    Toyota Corp has issued a Cease and Desist with a lawsuit to us.  We were able to issue refunds to 90% of the customers.  However, there is still 13 orders to be refunded or fulfilled.  We will be back up and running in June.  Apologies for taking so long.  This lawsuit has caused our bank accounts to get locked.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Every time I talk to you, you push the date back further and further, you keep changing your story yet you like to boast about how much money you’re making in the oil fields, but wont refund the money. It doesn’t  make any sense you’ve told me that you would Venmo me the money as a refund and you have still yet to do that . First it was “ refund in February” then “ refund by  may. Then Mid April, and now it’s June? Get real dude

    July 06, 2023 $764.10 Talked with Danny and he stated his shop was shutting down till June supposedly. He promised the rest of us he owed money to would be refunded by mid January-Feb. His accounts are locked up and hasn’t responded back with any updates. Phones calls are ignored and emails are as well. I am a veteran like him and he is doing us a disservice to us and everyone else. If he didn’t start anything with builds then he should have our money on hold not being used for his trucking work or whatever he is doing now. Even if he gave us a status it would have been good. I wonder how many people are still left to give back their money. I’ve been following him for years and am very d with his service and if he couldn’t fulfill his promises then he should have shut down his shop last year.
