I rdered2 scrub tops that did not fit. So when I called to send them back for a refund I was told I would have to pay all of the charges involved. And they told me that they did not refund special orders or alterations done which they were not.. They were just plain scrubs! They told me it would cost me $25 to send them back. They cost me $25. So now I am out the $25. This company is a **** company, do not use them! They are ******. I see they have ****** *** others to!

Please note that as informed to the customer on email as well, for plus sizes, we place custom made order with our vendor, only because of this reason on website we have shown plus sizes as alter sizes as an order is especially placed with the vendor because we do not stock these sizes here and according to policy all such items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable/non-refundable. 
The customer can also see that we have clearly mentioned (Alter) when they are choosing the sizes and also in the order receipt.

Please also note that our return/exchange policy is clearly posted on our website under icon Ship and Returns, and also under the Terms and Conditions, without reading which the customer cannot submit the order. 

Please note that on our customers request we reduced the prices drastically and our return/exchange policy is made accordingly which looks high because we are selling a good product at remarkably lower prices. Other suppliers who are selling 3 times more than our price are charging the same or more than our return/exchange cost. For our customers, we have especially suggested on our website under icon "Ship and Returns", "We suggest customers to first buy small quantity and when they know the required color and sizes than they can buy big as because of selling good quality at remarkably lower prices cost of return/exchange looks very high."
